He is a genuinely nice person who has your best interests in mind, not just out to make a quick sale. He was incredibly helpful with our negotiations and was on the phone late into the evening (on a Friday night) with us and the sellers agent to help close a home purchase. If we ever have another home buying/selling need, Chris will be our first and only call.

There were things that the mortgage company didnt tell us that Chris alerted us to that we would have been blindsided by at closing and lost the house. He advocated for us when we werent sure what to do about asking for repairs and he was super responsive to texts or phone calls.
