Chris did an excellent job guiding me the entire way. I checked out several homes with Chris and he was excellent in pointing out what to look for/what questions to ask/what to "pass" on/etc. Throughout the entire process (search/making an offer/closing) Chris was extremely helpful and I was glad to have him on my side!

After working with him to define our needs and wants he worked tirelessly to send us listings he thought would be a good fit. He showed incredible patience when going through open houses with us, as we were certainly picky and knew exactly what we wanted, and provided great feedback and insight on each house. He always offered his honest, unbiased, and very knowledgeable opinion and we never felt pressured to commit to a house we were not 100% interested in. There were multiple times where he drove by potential listings and provided a quick summary of his thoughts before we even asked to see the house. He was extremely in tune with our desires and showed time and time again that he had our best interests in mind. He was also readily available via phone/text/email and always had prompt responses to any questions or concerns we had. From the initial meeting to the final P&S, and every step in between, it was a great experience working with Chris and we have learned so much from him. I cannot recommend him enough and if you are thinking about buying or selling real estate I truly hope Chris is the first person you call - there is no point in searching any further.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is hands-down the best realtor out there!! We were first time home buyers and as you can imagine, we were very nervous and uneducated as to the home buying process. Chris went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, he showed his vast amount of knowledge, honesty. patience and guidance through our whole time together (decent amount of time because we were picky and nervous). He was always looking out for us and our best interests at all times. He was always easy to reach, readily available to meet at any open houses on command, and showed his knowledge as we went throughout the open houses (what to look for, what to consider, what is a red flag) he would even go out of his way to go look at houses/ drive by houses to see if it would fit our expectations before he sent it to us. He genuinely cared about us and our goals/interests/needs. We not only learned SO much from Chris but we also found our dream home. I can honestly say he is the best to work with and he will work with you on whatever you are wishing for in a home. highly recommend 10/10 - best there is! ZillowVERIFIED We cant say enough good things about Chris. Let me starts by saying we met him at one of his Open Houses. And after attending so many prior to his, Chris seemed different. We did not have a realtor and really wasnt planning on getting one. But Chris seemed so sincere in wanting to help us find our home. He did not pressure us in anyway, always gave us his honest opinions and helped educate us on the buying process. His patience with us to find a house was over the top but more impressive was with all the obstacles that played into our purchase he stood right by us. Even our children agreed what a genuine and kind person he is. I am hoping to stay in my new home but if circumstances change he will no doubt be our first phone call. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone in need of selling or buying a house.
