Such a professional Real estate agent, everything was following through such as listing details and showing appointments. Even two months after my commercial property was sold and completed, there were some issues with some of the bills still under my previous businesss name with the town. Crazy early mornings, late nights, there was never a time he didnt text or call me back almost immediately. He got me in to open houses that were already booked solid, and stuck with me through nearly half a dozen offers where we were continually outbid, and ultimately found me a home that couldnt have better fit my needs and unique situation. He kept me informed of new listings, and open Houses. Within 2 months of working with Chris i had an offer on a home and ended up Purchasing it. Chris helped me through the process the whole process. Coaching me on how to put my offer and contingencies, and over all what to expect each day. He text and called me periodically to check and and let me know what was going on. Even after the deal has gone through he still keeps in touch making sure i am happy and helping me if i have questions on repairs and upgrades. Chris also has recommended reasonable and reliable contractors that he has met over the years working in real estate. Chris is a great agent to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to start this review on Chris as being a very knowledgeable and thorough guy when it comes to real estate. My review is based off of investment property transactions. I was looking to sell my investment property in exchange for another one.Chris showed up on time when he first came over to see my house and he had a folder of paper work just for my house showing recently sold homes in my area and furnished everything that I needed to know about selling my house. Once we started the process, Chris had a nice sign made up for the front of the house and had the interior and exterior professionally photographed. He also had a camera on a drone flying in front of the house giving a view of the house and the view of the neighborhood. We ended up with a small bidding war when it came to selling the house and Chris knew exactly how to handle it and he gave me great advice during that process.The treatment that I got from Chris when looking for another property was as if the property was for Chris himself. He was by my side every step of the way. Exchanging one property for another for the first time can be a little confusing with all the extra paperwork that you have to fill out but Chris was always available if I had any questions. My intention was to buy one property, Chris has a network of investors who he can reach out to and he not only found me one nice piece of property but he also found me another one. I ended up purchasing both. There were all kinds of paper work and Chris was very patient by helping me during the whole process. One of the buildings was vacant and Chris offered to find me tenants for the building. He did a very professional job advertising the units and was very thorough screening people and I ended up with great tenants.If you need any type of updating for your home in carpentry or any finishing touches Chris will find someone for that to.Chris and I still reach out to each other every once and awhile and he still answers any questions that I have regarding my investment properties.If youre considering using Chris for selling your home or looking to purchase some investment property and would like to call me with any questions about Chris feel free to ask Chris for my number and I will be more than happy to answer any of your questions.

Basically every bullet point on a checklist you would expect from a realtor he completed in my view. 1 - Understanding exactly what you need and what you are looking to do. 2 - Following through with the discussions and planning. 3 - Daily diligence finding new properties to view. 4 - promptly putting existing property on the market with very impressive video advertising existing property which was done so elegantly. 5 - Lining up meetings to view properties quickly and diligently. 6 - Promptly returning texts and phone calls very consistently. 7- Truly knowing the ins and outs of the business. 8 - Finally is trust. Most importantly I felt I could trust him. He is professional and I wouldnt chance trying a different realtor.
