With storied experience in lending and economics, Christopher Chavez helps clients navigate their real estate goals. While working for a loan brokerage specializing in commercial, investment, and business loans, he closed $13 million in loans one year, following it up with $24 million in loans the next. In Dallas, he oversaw the wholesale of over 15 properties, further building his in-the-field expertise. His studies imbued him with a savvy for micro and macroeconomics that he consistently consults to give his clients a competitive edge. Since 2021, he's called Long Beach home.
Prioritizing an active lifestyle, Christopher can often be found enjoying beach runs with his giant schnauzer Onyx. He played soccer in college, but these days divides his time between the gym and the tennis court. He's also an avid traveler, having visited 20 countries and counting.
