ZillowVERIFIEDChristle was great and a pleasure to work with. She definitely let us work at our own pace and didnt push, but we werent pushing or wanting speed either. It was somewhere around 16 months between first starting to talk to and work with Christle to buying our new property with her as our agent. She kept in touch just the right amount for us and didnt bombard us with properties that were outside the parameters of what we were looking for. We really like Christle and think that anyone else in need of an agent will be pleased if they choose to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome response time, no matter what I needed she was there. What impressed me most is that she lives out of town quite a way. Every time I called and wanted to see something she was there. I would like to say thank you and I would give her card to any one I know that wants to sell or day. Thank you so much for everything Jesse Whitehead

ZillowVERIFIED I started working with Christle back in January after looking for local realtors in the Deadwood/Sturgis area. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. My husband and I were relocating from Pennsylvania and were aEURoeblind buyingaEUR? so we relied heavily on the relationship we built with Christle and our one time meeting in person in February. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in this area and anyone looking to buy. This was an extremely intense and stressful process that she made so much easier with her patience and compassion and I am so thankful that we got the opportunity to work with her and look forward to our next purchase because we will definitely be calling her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Christle was incredible! I almost want to buy another house just to work with her. We were first-time home buyers and Christle made sure we always knew what was going on. She helped us understand the market and gave us very honest observations -- which we very much appreciated. I know our experience of buying a home was much smoother than what many other people experience and I credit a lot of that to Christle's knowledge and guidance. We are very grateful to have found her!

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a realtor that is knowledgeable, experienced and provides common sense, a strong work ethic and an engaging personality, then I recommend working with Christel Beuckens. She helped with us when we were concurrently selling a property and purchasing another. A lot of work but she came through. A pro's pro.

ZillowVERIFIED Christle Beuckens is one of the greatest realtors I've ever had the pleasure of working with, that has an understanding of honesty, respect, and integrity. She fights for what is right for her clients and makes sure they get a fair deal in their purchase. Deadwood and South Dakota are lucky to have such an amazing person working to make sure the community and region maintain and remain untarnished and beautiful. Thank You for all you do.

ZillowVERIFIED Christle Beuckens is one of the most professional and honest Real Estate agents my husband and I have had the privilege to work with! She went above and beyond in helping us find and buy our property in South Dakota. From showing us remote properties in all kinds of weather to dealing with the ups and downs of finalizing the deal. We couldn't have done it without her knowledge and sense of humor. Throughout this experience we came to know each other well and we feel like we not only have a great agent but also an amazing friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Being out of state buyers looking for a retirement home, we couldnt have been luckier to find Christle Beuckens. Upon meeting her the first time, I knew she the right realtor for us. Through out the entire process, Christle was honest, forthright, and always looking out for our best interest. She demonstrated time and time again that she was not there just to have us buy anything, but truly wanted it to be in our budget and fit our lifestyle. If we had any questions, she always replied to us quickly and with an answer. I highly recommend Christle to anyone who wants a realtor they can trust, knows the area , and always conducts herself in a professional manner. You will not go wrong with Christle as your realtor. ZillowVERIFIED Christle was fantastic. She has an extremely high work ethic. She was very responsive, and always either answered my calls or promptly returned them. She was really on my side for the entire transaction, and I really felt like she was representing my interests 100% without letting outside factors (commissions/making the sale/etc) influence her actions. She was very patient with me, and helped me find the home that was right for my needs . . . not the home that maximized her commissions. In my experience, finding a realtor at Christle's level of work ethic, especially in the role of buyer's agent, is exceedingly rare. Christle is also very knowledgeable about the black hills area, and about issues unique to the Black Hills area. She went out of her way to make sure I was aware of these type issues. I would not consider partnering with any other realtor in the Black Hills area.

ZillowVERIFIED Christle worked very hard for me in getting this closing done in a very short time. We closed just a little over a month from the day of the offer being accepted so a lot had to be done in a short time. As I live 3 hours away from the home Christle had to make sure needed information was forwarded to me. She also helped me contact people who could help me get needed repairs done. She was a great help through out the entire process. I will definitely use Christle again if I need a relator in the Black Hills area.

ZillowVERIFIED Christle was very helpful in getting my closing done in just a little over a month from the offer being accepted. As I live over 3 hours away from the home all our correspondence had to be through e-mail, texting and calls and to make it even harder we were going through a 3rd party to get information to and from the seller. Christle responded to all my questions and doubts in a very friendly, professional manner. She made sure I had all the contacts and information I needed to get everything taken care of before closing. I will definitely use Christle again in the future if I need a relator in the Black Hills area.

ZillowVERIFIED In my experience with dealing with Christle she has been a very hard worker very knowlgable about properties available has always gave me info on properties that I was inquiring on right away even one case on a Sunday. When I first came to Chistles office about a property I was interested in I explained my situation about needing a contract for deed which would make it a lot harder to find a property that I would be able to buy for terms Chistle gladly worked hard for me to find me the property that I ended up buying. So in closing if you are looking for your dream place here in the black hills I would highly recommend Chistle because she will look out for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Christle is an excellent realtor. She is very easy to get along with and really knows the area. She is great at suggesting properties for us to look at, as well as always being open to showing anything that we would like to see. She is flexible with scheduling dates and times and always returns phone calls, texts and emails very quickly. She has shown us a lot of properties and has been so helpful with answering all of our questions and helping us with the process of buying a new home. She is very knowledgeable and great to work with. She works all over the Black Hills, so if you are looking to buy or sell a home here, I would very strongly recommend Christle Robinson.

ZillowVERIFIED Christle is a consumate professional. She provides as much information concerning the property, the loan process, the closing process and all other aspects of the house buying procedure. She has driven miles out of her way to conform to our schedule and while we haven't found a house yet, I have no doubt that she will successfully match us with a property that will be our home for many years to come. She continually scans and send emails and updates. Another rare quality she possesses is the ability to listen to the client and somehow magically understand to a tee what we are looking for. I highly recommend Christle Robinson both as a listing agent and as an agent for buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Honesty and integrity are important to us and Christle displays those qualities plus she is punctual and always willing to help us as clients. Those are the essential qualities, but Christle is also a good listener. She hears what we say about likes and dislikes, and does her best to find properties that meet our requirements within our budget.

ZillowVERIFIED Christle is the best realtor I have ever met. She is a true advocate for her clients. I bought commercial property for a new business and Christle provided fantastic servcie: she always answers her telephone, is always available to assist outside normal working hours, and most of all, she is not shy to provide negative information about a given property even if it causes her to lose the sale. I would highly recommend Christle to anyone who needs to buy or sell property!

ZillowVERIFIED Christle was a pleasure to work with! She handled my Mother's house sale with utmost professionalism and we always felt we could trust her on everything (all very important to us since we live out of state). Christle was extremely responsive to our questions and calls. We had a difficult buyer with many last minute demands - she handled everything and the closing took place as planned thanks to all her efforts.
