Her reviews were exceptional and her work with out of state clients Interested me. I called her late one evening and she called me right away the next morning. We met shortly after. I knew she was the person I needed. I was in shock and desperately grieving during the whole process of selling my fathers beautiful home that he loved so much. She was honest and trustworthy taking care of me dads home when I was out of state. She was knowledgeable about the market and answered all my questions and her response time was quick I never had to wait long for a response like she was waiting for me to text or call. If you are lucky, a friend can refer you to one; if not, you are reading reviews. If you are reading this review, keep reading. I recommend Christine Yarosz if you are either a buyer or seller. Right up front, I told her this would be an unusual sale. I would be out of the country for months and I needed someone I could trust implicitly to handle everything from MLS listing to closing, while keeping me in the loop. Christine did a phenomenal job. Within a week, we had our listing, followed by an open house and 3 offers the next day. She saw the process through to the closing, dealing with all of my unusual online document signing. Nothing ever seems to go as planned, so having someone who can handle everything is important. I highly recommend Christine Yarosz.
