Helping out with permits, variance, pointing me in the correct direction and other stuff that needed to be done before sale... making sure the house was put in life estate, because my mother died during the process of selling house and the life estate was another blessing that helped moved the sale along... ZillowVERIFIED Chris has been a pleasure to work with. She contacted me about my property in Ridge that was in danger of going into foreclosure. The property has been vacant for 7 years. She insisted we contact the bank again and try for a short sale. She took care of everything with dealing with the bank. We ended up doing a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. Which is much better than going into Foreclosure. She was very knowledge of the Foreclosure/short sale process. If it wasn't for her, we would still be going into Foreclosure. I definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking for a house or trying to sell a house. She is driven and hardworking.
