ZillowVERIFIEDChristine and Jocelyn were a dream come true when it comes to finding our perfect home. These ladies know their stuff and will make sure to advocate for you as the customer. Christine and Jocelyn are beyond professional. We honestly never thought we could afford a home until we came to them. Rest assured they made our dream come true and more. I?ve never heard that buying a house was an easy process, but with these ladies, it was an easy process! I would refer them to anyone I came in contact with. This isn?t just a business transaction for them and you can clearly tell that by their work ethic. Thank you again for helping us find our dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine and her team did a great job helping me and my wife find a great new home! She helped us understand the dynamics of new construction and resale homes in the area and helped us identify good builders to work with. She was quick to pull together a contract for our new home. She has stayed in regular contact with us about where our build was at and how close we were to closing. Her assistant, Jocelyn, was top-notch! When we came to visit the area, Jocelyn organized a bunch of home tours and informed us of the pros and cons of each. At no time did Christine or Jocelyn try to push us to more expensive homes, but worked hard to find homes and builders that would fit our price range. And they did! We just moved in to an awesome house that meets our needs and is in our budget. Were excited by our house, and we couldnt have done it without Christine, Jocelyn, and the rest of the team!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive used Christine as a seller and buyer realtor, I definitely recommend using her and her team!! The communication and professionalism from Christine and her team has been nothing but AMAZING!!! Shes an amazing negotiator and puts the fire to these builders feet, shes negotiated such an amazing and unheard of price reduction off of my home build, she has the sales team in complete shock!! One thing thats also amazing about her is that she reads the contract line by line and demands (professionally) the removal of what wasnt in my best interest. You definitely cant go wrong with her, shes amazing!!! She also helped with staging my house for selling, she had it looking amazing!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed Jocelyn Diaz, an agent that works with Christine after having a horrible experience with a previous realtor. She made the process so easy and because of her I found a beautiful new construction home! Christine and her entire team were so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process and I actually recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine is absolutely amazing at what she does. My fiance and I started off with another realtor and we just weren?t happy with the lack of guidance we received. We found Christine and she completely transformed that experience. She gave us plenty of options, advice and stayed within our budget. We chose a new construction home with a year build time and Christine kept us informed every step of the way. She was very determined to stay ahead of every issue that occurred in our inspection and asked questions we never would have thought of during our walkthroughs. Most importantly, she addressed our concerns about interest rates and provided solutions that made us confident in our decisions. Truly could not have done this without her and will be using her again for future investments!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine helped my wife and I buy a house while we lived out of state at the time. She and her team were essential to our successful move. They demonstrated true dedication through their ability to show us every house we requested in a timely manner, both in person and via screen share when we could not be there. Her knowledge of the process also proved valuable as we found ourselves trying to craft the best offer that we could in a very complicated market for both buyers and sellers. Her knowledge and her teams responsiveness were truly appreciated and certainly helped in making our move a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I submitted a request for a local realtor a few months out from moving to the Orlando area. Christine contacted me immediately and stayed in touch well before my move. I had a list of must wants and herself and Jocelyn showed me at least 80 houses. It was a touch market and we finally found one. It took a while but through hard work and dedication them we got a beautiful house that clicked all the boxes. Thank You :)

ZillowVERIFIED Christine provided me with such a stress free selling experience. She had the local knowledge of the neighborhood where I was selling, had the right amount of closed loop communication without overwhelming me with things she can take care for me. She always presented all my options, made recommendations, was open and honest, and I never felt rush or pushed into doing something I didn?t understand or want. She has a great dynamic with other service providers in the process. Her system and processes allow for us to do a majority of the activities virtually. What a great person to work with. I recommend Christine Smith - just talk to her once before deciding on an agent, and you?ll see what I mean.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant over emphasize how easy it was to work with Christine. She explained everything as we started the process and did everything she said she would. She was honest and open and you always knew she had your best interest top of mind. The sale of my home fell through at the last moment, Christine never skipped a beat and immediately began to show the home again and within a few days we had numerous good offers to consider. In the end the home sold for $100K over asking! It also closed within a week of the first offer. Christine and her team stay on top of things and make sure you feel like her only client. Absolutely would use Christine again. Thank you Christine.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine helped us purchase a house in Winter Garden, FL during the pandemic. We were moving from out of state and had to do a lot of remote research. Her diligence was an enormous asset, as she went to visit homes and would stream the visit via Face Time while offering very valuable insights into the property. She is professional, knowledgeable, and we could not have asked for a better agent to represent us in purchasing our home. We would highly recommend her and we will absolutely engage her services again on our next real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED I really don?t even know where to start this amazing review! If you are serious about finding the property that works best for you or are simply curious about what?s out there, you need to contact Christine! She is the kind of real estate agent who listens to her clients. Her patience never wanes and the professionalism with which she conducts her business interactions is stellar. We contacted her less than a week before we would be traveling to Florida to look at some investment properties. She found a day in her busy schedule with less than a week?s notice, and in one day we looked at 11 properties! The best part was her offering to drive us as we did not have a rental car. She had snacks and water for us in the car and had printed out all 11 properties for us in a folder. Christine and her team have been so organized and assistive throughout the entire process. Even though we know that she has other clients, she always made us feel special and attended to. We are so happy that we made that phone call to her!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine was amazing to work with. She knows the area and the market. After working virtually for only a short time, she also got to know us as well and recommended the perfect home. With the seller being international, there were some quirks to communication, but Christine navigated them flawlessly. We love our new vacation home and we appreciated working with an agent who responded quickly, was honest about the many properties that were shown to us, and was excellent with details.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine provided service above and beyond expectations. She showed us more than 35 homes in many parts of the city of Orlando. She supported us with three offers in a highly competitive market. She understood both the existing market and the new construction market. We have bought and sold several homes over the years and Christine is one of the best Real Estate agents. She helped us before arriving in town to locate different areas that matched our requirements. Once we arrived she planned our search and helped us create good offers. We ended up buying a new construction home. Christine was able to helped us negotiate with the builders to get the home below list price and also negotiated several repairs/remedies to the property. She also helped negotiated funds from the builder to reduce our costing costs. We were very pleased to have her insight and assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine made what could have been a stressful home purchase during a COVID-19 pandemic, seamless and stress free. While Christine is masterful in her approach to home recommendations, she is also very patient and was laser focused on assuring that I was able to find and make an offer on my dream home. Christine is most resourceful and has a wealth of experience for anything needed for your home. She kept saying throughout the entire process, when I asked about enhancements that I wanted to make, ?I have a person that can do this.? I believe she should start her own Christine?s List for all those home services vendors that may be needed to make a home just the perfect place. I would highly recommend her and her team, especially James and Amanda, who put the T in Task oriented and moving the purchase process. I hope that this testimony gives you added peace when considering Christine for your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine was great! She was very knowledgeable about the market and the whole process start to finish. I was very naive as to how to market and sell a house, she was always there if I had a question or needed help with anything. Our house was always at the top of the Zillow listings viewed. I would highly recommend Christine and the team at The Wehner Group/ Remax Fine Properties! Top-notch service!

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking to purchase my first home from across the country, and Christine was listed as a point of contact for a property that I was interested in. I knew from our first conversation that she understood exactly what I was looking for.
