Christine was very prompt in responding to my emails & texts. Her 5 years of experience with COLDWELL was vital for me, as she explained how conventional mortgage is preferable for the seller with more flexibility, rather than the FHA mortgage which carries forward the appraisal amount into the next offer, should the original offer cancel before closing . Also, she showed legal knowledge in recommending an expert closing attorney who is located close within union county . I would certainly recommend Christine to anyone for handling their house sale.

Christine did an incredible job helping me purchase my first home. She was extremely helpful in every stage of the process, and was very responsive ensuring all of my questions and concerns were addressed. We were able to win the bid despite not having the highest offer, but having other terms attractive to the seller but still minimizing risk to myself as the buyer. Shes very personable and easy to work with, and was always transparent and kept me up to date based on all communications with the other party. Although my lease was coming to an end without much room to spare, Christine made sure to address my needs and made the process worry free. I highly recommend Christine to anyone looking for a home.

Phenomenal Realtor and very personable. This was a very challenging transaction and we live in another state. Coupled with the Covid19 challenges it was a very difficult transaction that required ongoing communication with Christine.
