Ask questions, take your time and BREATHE! :) Purchasing a home is a huge deal. It's important for you to find a home you love and connect with.

Often times selling your home is more emotional than you'd expect. It is hard to let go and imagine someone else wanting it to be different than the way you've decorated since you've probably put a lot of effort into getting it exactly the way you want it. It is best to follow the guidance of your Realtor. If they suggest a change, they are only presenting what potential buyers want to see so that you can get the greatest return on your investment that you've loved for so long.
