This review is long overdue. Where do I start? Christine has been nothing short of AMAZING. We hired her after a very disappointing 6 month experience with a local, well known big shot agent that focused more on marketing himself than doing his best to represent us. He failed to sell our house in one of the best sellers market ever. We learned that even when market is crazy and homes sell like hotcakes your agent still needs to pick up the slack and do his/her job, treat you like youre the only client they have and do their best to represent YOU, not use your listing to just chase another client.Christine was great from the moment we met her. Very honest, caring, straightforward, well organized, great presentation and marketing skills. She doesnt make promises she cant keep so many other people do only to get your listing. She wont try to convince you shes a magician that can sell your home for more than market can bear. She sets realistic goals and she goes out and works hard to exceed them. We hired her on the spot and she hit the ground running. Best decision ever! She has proven herself as an extremely hard working individual you can relay on and trust 100%.Christine is one of those rare individuals that will have your best interest at heart, rather than just chasing her comission. She did everything right. From pictures, staging, putting together marketing package, setting the right starting price based on comps (dont trust people that want to list too low or too high), reaching out to agent community, hosting a very successful broker / public open house, negotiating our deal. Our home looked like it belonged in a magazine and we got so many praises from agents that saw our home being previously listed by the other agent.. People were shocked to see this amazing transformation. And so were we! I joked I no longer wanted to sell, our house looked like a dream! Her photographer and stager are first class professionals. Christine even brought her landscaper husband in to help us spruce up our front and back yard. She brought in cleaning crew to get house ready for showing. The end result was beyond all our expectations. We got two offers 2 days after we re-listed for almost $500k over asking price with no contingencies. We also got to stay in the house rent free beyond closing date so we could prepare to move as stress free as possible.Christine was there for us every step of the way through this entire process. She kept us in the loop start to finish and was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We didnt have to worry about anything other than packing and moving. Closing was on time and went smooth.Christine is definitely the best agent weve ever worked with (this wasnt our first real estate transaction) and is absolutely an amazing human being too. Youre making a huge mistake if you dont hire her. Shes a rare gem!
