She has guided us with her knowledge and expertise, walked us through some tenuous times with grace and compassion, and stepped up to bat for us with tenacity when needed. Our particular sale involved VA financing, which presented us with greater challenges and longer timeframes than we may have otherwise faced- Christine was always on top of things so that nothing was missed. Communication was professional, frequent and relevant; any questions or concerns we had throughout the process were answered quickly no matter what time of day or night. I never once questioned her commitment to us as clients nor did she provide reason to. I would highly recommend Christine without hesitation or reservation to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. She gets 5 stars from me only because the scale doesn't go to 100.

ZillowVERIFIED I do not recommend working with Christine Najem.My daughter and I both opted to part ways with her.During my time working with her she was extremely aggressive and unprofessional; we decreased the asking price of our home by thousands of dollars at her request but she still insisted that "no one will ever buy the house," and only "college kids" would consider doing so... AND will only do so if we renovate it. Her suggestions turned into requests and then demands. I explained to her multiple times that we did not want to remodel/invest anymore money into it than we already had and were ok with decreasing the price as she had suggested. We had an interested buyer and she kept insisting on the renovation. I told her to tell the buyer it wouldn't happen... and that it was ok because we would wait for another. Instead of doing so, she dragged time, and would randomly call and ask "so what have you decided (about renovation)?" Instead of respecting my wishes she just kept aggressively pushing to remodel the house. Finally I had no choice but to tell the prospective buyer myself, very kindly, that we just didn't want to invest any more money into the home but we appreciated his offer. This was 4 months in and I decided enough was enough and told her we'd be parting ways. It was at this point I was appalled at her reaction and behavior - she exploded with insults. She accused me of being a "difficult client" and accused me of trying to sell without her... which was not true at all! The things she said to me on the phone and through email completely tarnished any potential business relationship in the future. Her reaction was childish and temperamental.I wanted to part on good terms but she did not allow me too...working with her was a nightmare, she did not show any concern for us as her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I highly recommend the Team at Cedar Wood Realty!!! We did not know Christine and her team prior to working with them. My wife and I quickly felt comfortable entrusting the Cedar Wood Team - Christine and Trudy, with a pivotal decision of selling our home and downsizing. We were fairly far apart on the initial discussion about the listing price because as a seller we thought we could get more. It is scary trusting someone with such an important decision. Trudy took us to some open houses in the area to help us all gain insight and perspective on the local market. Christine took the time to dig into the comparables and arrived at a listing price that was higher than the comps but made us very happy. Her confidence in the listing price made us confident. The first open house was a success and we received an offer. Christine called me at 6am to tell me the offer was full price. She then went back to the buyer and requested a highest and best offer. By about 10am we had an offer that was higher than asking! The whole process took approximately 50 days from listing to closing! It was a very fast process for us. Christine helped us find a rental and even advised on the lease. Christine even helped find contractors to help with various items and a home for our chickens and possibly an adoptive family for our dog. We kept our dog because we found a place that accepts pets. We couldn't be happier with Cedar Wood Realty. We have been through the purchase and selling of 3 homes, that's 6 closings. I have never had a real estate agent with such faith even to the point of praying with us through out the whole process. Thank you to God first! And thank you Trudy and Christine for an amazing experience.

ZillowVERIFIED With so many realtors out there, it's a tough decision to choose the right one for you. It seems that everyone has a suggestion for a realtor who is "the best". In our case, we we received many suggestions but decided to go with Cedar Woods because during our first sit down meeting with them they were very organized, dedicated and professional. What I had no way of knowing was the amount of patience and genuine care that they would later show us. Our realtor answered emails and searched for properties at all hours of the day going above and beyond the 9-5 schedule. In addition, the whole process was overseen by the head of the company, whom we were always able to reassure that everything was going great, except for the fact that we hadn't found our house yet. They reassured us that the right one would come along eventually and they were right! They didn't try to sell us a property that wasn't a good fit for us, rather, we were told "Hey, it's not like buying a pair of shoes." We took our time but searched aggressively and put in several offers. Cedar Woods stood by us every step of the way and even encouraged us spiritually. The spiritual piece is something that above all made them stand out from the rest! I highly recommend this realty group to anyone and everyone I know.
