From our initial introduction to Jill Jackson and the team at RE/MAX Legends it was abundantly clear that we chose a team of professionals dedicated to real estate. Getting started we received a warm welcome from our realtor, Jill Jackson, offering her availability to begin searching for our new home in Gwinnett County, Georgia. And, because we reside in Cobb County, Jill set up initial meetings via Face Time to consult with us about homes in Gwinnett County focusing on Suwanee, Lawrenceville and Buford as well as her take on the current real estate market and came up with a plan. Jill advised us on homes in communities that fit our lifestyle and our budget and showed us many in a market adjusting to coming out of two plus years of high prices and non-traditional market norms. Upon deciding on a home to make an offer, Jill guided us through the negotiation process with ease and professionalism. And, though seasoned, because we were asking for a large seller concession in terms of closing costs, Jill brought in Christine Moody, Team Lead at RE/MAX Legends for assistance in finalizing negotiations that were reasonable for both sides. Upon favorable negotiations and a subsequent contract Jill and Christine worked in tandem all the way through to closing and beyond. We had the wrong agent to start with, home was shown maybe 4 times in 7 months. When we decided we had to something else, we interviewed a few agents. After meeting Christine, we knew even though we had another interview set up, that she was the one. Her professionalism and her knowledge of the home selling/buying industry was on point and after hearing the marketing plan for our home, we had to sign with her. The home took off in showings and before we knew it, we were under contract and within 2 weeks, closed and SOLD! I worked with Mina Little and she was an immense help to me during the buying process. I had a bunch of requirements for what I wanted in a home and she was very patient with a ?can do? attitude. Amber Matos also made the closing process as seamless as possible. I especially want to thank Mina for her help in getting rid of furniture I didn?t want anymore. She, her son, and his friend brought two trucks and delivered the unwanted furniture to charity. She went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. I would strongly recommend her to anyone that needs to sell or buy a home. She?s a true winner!

We were moving to GA from out of state and had a three day window to look at homes with one of those days taken with a flight cancellation. Our agent Amber Matos put three days into two and had everything organized, spent the entire two days with us, was gracious and we were happy to work with her.
