ZillowVERIFIED Christine was great. We left Delaware years ago and moved clear across the country to Oregon. But over the past year or so, we kept toying with the idea of retiring in Delaware. On a whim, my wife submitted an online query about real estate in the Bethany Beach area. Christine called her the very next day (the only agent to do so). She asked all the right questions and then followed up with access to her online listing website. After a couple of months of looking online, and getting an idea of what homes were available in our price range, we flew back to meet with Christine and do some "on-the-ground" research. Based on our long-distant communications, Christine had a full day's home tour itinerary planned and mapped out. We left the area feeling very good about the different neighborhoods and the available homes in our price range. Over the next few weeks, Christine kept us apprised of new homes coming on the market and was responsive to all our questions. She always returned phone calls, texts and emails, usually within a few hours. Being so far away, we relied on Christine to be our eyes and ears during negotiations with the sellers and the settlement process. She never failed us.
