ZillowVERIFIED We met Christine by accident. She was the listing agent on a house we were interested in. We had just begun investing in Panama City, where we were already doing Construction post Hurricane Michael. Our first meetings in Lynn Haven and Panama City were with another team from another brokerage. They showed up late, with zero useful information - literally fewer than 5 pages of cursory-level comps and arrogant attitudes. Christine showed up to our first meeting on time and with 20+ pages of comps and a wealth of useful information. The contrast between Christine and another team, which will remain nameless, is stark and a TOTAL BLESSING. She was prepared, conscientious, generous, over-and-above, kind, and just plain fun. She is so easy to converse with - a great listener. She made our entire experience positive.
