ZillowVERIFIEDChristine did an excellent job for us closing on our old home on AMI and then buying our new home on Siesta Key. She was also able to provide us with several recommendations for all the services we will need for our new home which was extremely helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED Most realtors would have dropped us like a hot potato after our 3-year home search, which included 5 or 6 different offers on homes before we finally were able to close on a home which was an excellent match for our needs. Christine patiently drove us all over the island and was more than knowledgeable and professional the entire time; sometimes we'd go back to a house 2 or 3 times and then decide against it. While that would likely agitate most realtors, she gave welcome insightful feedback, remodel/upgrade suggestions and was great to work with. I KNOW we're not easy to work with! It never seemed to faze her.We did not know her prior to our home buying adventure, but not only was she the best realtor we've ever worked with (in our many years of buying and selling homes), but I'm proud to say she's also a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED I could not recommend and praise Christine enough. Christine has made the experience of buying and selling houses almost painless and definitely hassle-free. As complicated and nerve-wracking as house hunting/buying/selling can be, we never knew that it can be such a breeze until we met Christine. She took charge of advertising and organizing our properties so that they would sell quickly and for the price we wanted. She was always easy to get a hold of and always took the time to address any concerns we may have had. She had the patience of a saint when we spent months looking for "The One" and was instrumental in getting us our gem of a house when we finally found it. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgable and the best real estate agent in the area then she is the one! Look no further and call Christine Kourik.

We recently had two transactions with Christine. One buying a home and one selling. We could not be more pleased. Hire Christine tomorrow if you are thinking of buying and or selling a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Christine has been exceptional! We met Christine in January when we were considering a home. She went out of her way to show us homes that met our needs. Christine was attentive to our wants and made sure when there was a listing that was a match for us she was on top of sending us details. She is always available by texting, email or phone. Christine took care of us from day one until even AFTER the closing to make sure we were set to go. She has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND what most realtors do. Living in PA and trying to buy a home in Florida was not stressful at all because Christine knows her stuff. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRISTINE! 5 STARS!!!!

She was great at getting us all the information we needed to make the sale process seamless. Christine went above and beyond by providing me with several local vendors for insurance and maintenance for our property. She is an A+ in my book and I highly recommend working with her for the Anna Marie Island area.

She is professional and, being a member of this community, has a good understanding of the surrounding housing market. ZillowVERIFIED Kristine was our agent for buying a house in Holmes Beach, Fl. She was extremely professional and organized. She was quite knowledgable about the market and local scene. All of our questions were masterfully handled and her dealings with the seller's agent were prompt and equitable. The closing was a breeze. After the closing Christine remained in touch with us and recently guided us through a traumatic time during the aftermath of hurricane Irma. She kept us up to date with the status of our home and the power outage situation.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine did a nice job with our real estate purchase. We discovered the home through Zillow and contacted the listing agent to walk through. Everything spun into place from there. Christine is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach. She answered questions in a timely fashion, and she was willing to reach out to others if she wasn't certain. We appreciate her flexibility, and we are grateful for her contacts, like our mortgage broker and the moving company we used.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine is kind, understanding, and puts your best interest first. She does not try to push or entice you just to make a sale. She helped me with ideas and to see potential in a property. When my specific deal wasn't going to work for me, I felt no pressure, only encouragement that the right deal will happen as it was meant to. She is always available and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

ZillowVERIFIED Saved us money at closing and helped what I was looking for. She found exactly what i told her i wanted. She even previewed homes prior to my arrival and showed me only the homes that i had or thought i would have interest in. The Best ! Unlike other agents who only showed me THIER listings.. She showed me everyones listings not just her companies.. great Agent!
