We are military and moved here from Maryland, not knowing this is going to be a nightmare! Don't use this relator, and don't trust her agency if they have a house for sale. We ended up closing with them. The inspection people and the VA appraiser missed major construction issues, as electrical hazards and leaking pipes, wrong installed pipes, wrong voltage box. Which were not disclosed anywhere from their seller either. The Pest control had a wiped out white background with a different date on. We are military and we have to face now REPAIRS OF of more than 12 k. It's UNSAFE TO LIVE IN THIS HOUSE. We had several contractors look at it. Beside how Christine filled out the contract looked very unprofessional, like she never done this before. She had several issues doing normal office work. Very unprofessional all in all. She can get 2 stars because she was available to show us a lot of houses in a small period of time although she said first she wasn't available and I asked her to give us a colleague. She wasn't very focused on our sale. I guess after we agreed it didn't matter for her, nor did she bother to greet us in public again. Because we weren't unprofessional and just asked questions where the floor cracks came from (which weren't seen because she turned on the small light strings instead of the overhead and the boards had patterns in it) .So, putting everything together we feel being played and it's a HUGE FINANCIAL burden on our military family.
