Tara even covered the cost of one of the repairs to our home that the buyers insisted on but we couldnt afford, and Christine has volunteered the use of her familys own truck to help us move our furniture into the house we just bought! When the first house we put an offer needed a lot more work than we all realized, after having driven 8hrs from Nebraska, Christine made arrangements that very same day for us to look at other houses. ZillowVERIFIED Christine Johnson and her entire family made this sale so easy for me, and it wasn't supposed to be easy because I'm in San Antonio, TX and the house was in Cabot, AR. There were numerous times where I had to have someone out there at the house (which was vacant) to meet contractors, utility personnel, etc. Either Christine or a family member of hers always dropped what they were doing and made it out. The family team is what I love. Her and her husband have a network of contractors which made it very easy for me. Her communication and knowledge of the process is excellent; got back quickly, answered all my questions and kept me on task. Her attention to detail is outstanding and I really needed a realtor who pays attention and is highly organized; she's the one. The coolest thing is I got an offer and wasn't happy with it at all. I didn't even want to counter since I thought it was so one sided towards the buyer. She convinced me to counter and see what happened and thankfully I did. Calmed me down and got me back on track. The buyers took my counter and the house was sold shortly after. She's the only realtor you should consider, 5-stars!
