Christine is a top notch realtor. She helped us navigate through the sale of our condo in the middle of a large multi million dollar project including multiple assessments and unknown schedules. Her full transparency with peers helped potential buyers understand what they were getting into, and how our price was supported by fair market values. On the flip side she helped us navigate the complexity of a 1031 exchange and helped us identify the best replacement property available in a timely manner. From the moment we met Christine, she was friendly, personable, and easy to like! She met us at the condo we wanted to see, she was early and had the condo open and ready to be seen. There was no hurry, she answered our questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. After our second viewing, she drew up the paperwork with our offer and kept us informed along the way. I dont think we would buy as quickly as we did, but our faith in Christine put us at ease. We closed fairly quickly after Christine helped us get a few items taken care of at the unit and we were able to choose our closing date. Christine even met us at the closing attorneys office and made sure we dont have any questions before leaving that day. She advised on some things we would have never thought of in moving from another state to South Carolina. (i.e. How to go about avoiding higher taxes on the condo by getting residency in SC as soon as possible.) We would highly recommend Christine if youre looking for someone to trust! We would definitely use her again, if the need arose. She quickly replied with any questions we had during the buying process!

Christine is a great partner. She helped us find the perfect second home. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was always available for our many questions. We looked for a long time and she was always there helping us. When it came time to negotiate, we were so happy she was on our side. Even after the closing, she is still helping us. This is really important to us. She didnt disappear after the closing. Its very clear that Christine loves what she does and cares about her clients.
