She is knowledgeable of the market and her industry but more importantly, she is sensitive to the needs of her clients. She understands that buying (or selling) a home is something that not everyone has done before. Christine also knows that moving and making a large financial commitment can be stressful. She answered any questions I had about the complexities of the process. She is also very good at negotiating. Even in a seller's market, I was able to purchase a home under asking price. There are so many things to consider when buying a home. Christine was an advocate for me throughout the process. You will not regret working with her. She's very good at her job. She knew the bylaws better than the lawyer handling the closing for the coop and was able to literally save my sale. She was and is amazing! My partner and I had both rented in Pittsburgh for many years and were ready to take the next step of purchasing our first home together. From the beginning, Christine was really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She gave us a lot of information upfront about how the home buying process works - with tips on when to get pre-approval, how to find a good lender and inspector, etc. We appreciated that she gave us recommendations when we requested them for different parts of the home buying process.The MLS search she set up for us was excellent. We were able to see a lot of properties that we were interested in. Her reviews of comparable properties was always detailed and thorough. Christine helped us put together offers that we felt good about - they were competitive but also respectful of our budget, even when turnaround time was quick. She never pressured us to put together an offer that would make us financially uncomfortable. We put in a handful of offers on properties before our final offer got accepted for our dream home. We had a bit of an unusual buying process - the home we ended up purchasing is older (that's Pittsburgh for you!) and needed some work. Throughout the negotiations with our sellers, Christine was patient, timely and communicative of the intersecting timelines. Christine, the listing agent, our closing company and lenders all worked together to get us to the closing table on time - we had an awesome team working to get us into our home before our mortgage rate lock expired.It's a crazy real estate market right now, but Christine's expertise helped us stay level-headed and focused on finding the right home for us. I found Christine to be very responsive, and considerate of letting us know when she had conflicts way in advance. Buying our first home wasn't easy but we felt confident throughout the process because of Christine's guidance and partnership. Even after we closed, she checked in to see how our move went, which I appreciated. I couldn't be more grateful we went with Christine for our first home. I had originally been working with a different agent and I didnt feel like we aEURoeclickedaEUR? she wasnt as helpful as I had hoped. She was so informative and extremely patient with me which I know had to been hard bc we saw a ton of different houses and neighborhoods. I bought a house during the COVID-19 quarantine so process changes and social distancing made the process that much harder however Christine seemed to always have the right answer for me. One of the biggest things I was appreciated of was her opinion. When asked she willingly gave it and it was those opinions that help me decide on the places to make offers and ultimately land on. I'm happy I worked with her and recommend her for anyone looking for a house.

She is a Pittsburgh native who knows the city and its surrounding townships. She is professional and friendly, as well as knowledgeable about the many nuances of buying property in Pittsburgh. We contacted Christine about three weeks prior to coming to Pittsburgh for our home search. We had no idea of where in the city we wanted to live, or if we might prefer living just outside the city. We also had not decided if we wanted a single-family house, a condo, or a loft. We also had only four days to find a home. She was patient and effectively explained the process, helped us through the preparations, & guided us through all of the decisions and negotiations. Any time we had questions, she was available.
