Christine is a fantastic real estate agent. We were first time home buyers and feel lucky to have gotten to work with Christine. She explained every step of the way and helped us to understand the very complicated process of buying a home. She listen to what we wanted in a home and made sure we were able to see homes quickly when a property we were interested in came on the market. She explained all parts of making an offer and we were able to get the first home we bid on! Christine negotiated the cost of repairs to the home with the sellers to get us the best deal. We closed perfectly in our window. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced at real estate and has excellent connections from local contractors to loan officers.
