She explained every step of the way and helped us to understand the very complicated process of buying a home. She listen to what we wanted in a home and made sure we were able to see homes quickly when a property we were interested in came on the market. She explained all parts of making an offer and we were able to get the first home we bid on! Christine negotiated the cost of repairs to the home with the sellers to get us the best deal. We closed perfectly in our window. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced at real estate and has excellent connections from local contractors to loan officers. She is the only agent I would go to sell our house and buy our next home in the future. We would definitely recommend her services!

Toby helped us sell our home in Topeka while purchasing a new home in Kansas City. He was able to get our home sold quickly before having to make double mortgage payments and found the home we ended up purchasing, which wasn't on our list to look at, but he knew what our needs were and it was perfect!! He had knowledge of both the Topeka and KC areas. Any question we had, he was very quick to respond and got us an answer.
