Sale of our home: Again, wow. They are equal experts of the market and saints with us. They expertly gathered bids for us to get our home sale-ready including painting rooms, cabinets, professionally cleaning carpets, getting landscape work done, getting stager bids, photography completed, last minute cleaners scheduled (since ours flaked!) and even consulting with designers and purchasing new fixtures...all within a matter of a couple weeks. They kept projects on track, below budget and had our best interest in mind the entire time. These two are really impressive and work expertly together. They were onsite checking on progress and when we had a family emergency happen that required we go to the East Coast right before the house hit the market (and while we were awaiting new appliances!) they stepped in to make sure everything went well (and troubleshooted issues along the way). They were also very patient in all of our questions about if we "really needed" to do something or our silly ideas in photography or staging. So they are not only experts but they are also great people and so fun to work with! Amy and Christine made the process flawless and I'm proudly writing this from our new living room! What impressed us most about Amy and Christine was their ability to internalize our wants and needs, balance it with reality then sort through all the noise coming from the market. As someone who loves data and technology - when we started the search I set up custom filters and notifications on every housing website. I wanted to be the first one to know about any and all upcoming listings that met our criteria.
