After our first brief phone conversation she knew exactly what we wanted and didn't waste our time showing us houses that she knew were either out of budget or would be unappealing to us. She also made an effort to get to know us, I never felt like I was just a client but more like a friend. When we found THE house everything became a whirlwind. From putting in the offer to the inspection, the appraisal, and finally to closing a month and a half later. It was stressful and confusing (especially for 1st time homeowners) and at times I wanted to rip my hair out! But she kept me sane through the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED A friend referred us to Christine after we faced a number of disappointing meetings with the usual big realtors.Christine helped us by valuing our house, independently from any of our input, closer to what in our minds it was worth. She did this by looking at the comps in a traditional and non-traditional fashion.The things we liked about her were her knowledge, communication and above all her approach to selling. Christine really worked for us and the process maybe took a month longer than we expected but of all people that came through to look, over 30% of them made an offer.Christine secured us an offer of $410,000 in July 2015 and we accepted. This was $20,000 higher than the $390,000 the other realtors suggested to list the house at and probably $35,000 higher than we probably would have realized had we with one of the other realtors.Selling a house is always stressful but we found the experience, knowing we would come out better, easier to manage. I would recommend Christine to anyone selling his or her property. There are realtors who turn over property and there are realtors who sell property. And know how to manage the communications and relationship.You will make a friend for life.
