ZillowVERIFIEDChristine was the most knowledgeable professional real estate agent I have ever come across. We were so happy and proud to have selected Christine out of the four agents we had spoken too. She was very diligent in what she does. She gave us her full attention. Everyday kept us in the loop of what was going on about our home once she put it in the market. It was because of her hard work and diligence that our home was sold in 14 days . I will never forget since I had a health issue during closing Christine went out of her way to help us move out of our home and help us clean up the place for the new buyers. I would definitely recommend Christine to any one who wants to sell or buy a home fast. Thank you Christine you will always be not only our but also our friends and familys agent whether we sell or buy a property. In fact we are going to contact you soon to help us buy our next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine is such an amazing real estate agent. She was able to guide us through every step of the process while purchasing our Tampa home in a very competitive market. She is very experienced, with a wide array of contacts in the field. She was able to help us with finding a mortgage officer, getting the inspection, completing repairs, locking down an HOI company and everything in between. She has great communication and was available any time we needed her through text or phone call. I would highly recommend her if you are in the market for a home purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED It was totally fortuitous that found Christine Ans. I was struggling to close on a home. I had issues with my chosen lender and a corporate seller. The complexities were significant and I needed to get this deal done. I was very impressed from the very moment I spoke with Christine. She found me a new lender immediately. It started on a Monday in the evening. She and the lender worked with me and I had the application in by 9:30PM that evening. My application was in underwriting that Thursday afternoon. My loan closed just this past Monday... just 28 days from when I met Christine. The more interesting thing is that it would have been just 24 days if not for the seller. There were several obstacles to overcome including a contract issue which would have cost me an additional $18K on the sales price. Christine came through and had the seller honor the original contract price. She literally, and actually, saved me $18K. She is incredibly diligent and worked hard to deliver results. She made it look easy, but I know that there were many things trying to scuttle my purchase. Thank you Christine!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine Ans is a fabulous realtor!! She was the realtor for my in-laws' purchase of a home at Encore in Lithia, Florida. She answered every single question we had and then some. There were no questions unanswered. She had great communication with the sellers' real estate and the title company in Florida as well as great communication and coordination with the real estate in New York with the sale of their home. We could not have asked for a better experience. She was very responsive and kept us informed. Thank you Christine for your hard work and dedication in assisting our family in making this transition as easy as possible. She definitely went above and beyond for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine is amazing! My husband and I had been looking to buy for the last 8 months (and even a year before that). Christine was incredibly patient with us and very diligent in making sure we found THE perfect home for our growing family. The closing process is never easy, but she walked with us every step of the way. Christine is highly recommended by myself and my husband. ZillowVERIFIED Christine is the best. When when you want somebody who will work hard and make sure your needs are taken care of then Christine is the person. My wife and I had limited time to look and Christine provided an overview of the greater Tampa area which allowed us to narrow our search and I contribute the fantastic experience of our move to Christine. We will be purchasing a home during the next year and Christine is the only person I would consider to help us.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine was simply AMAZING!! She was so pleasant to work with.. She was extremely knowledgeable.. and very informative about every situation that came up.. She took the time to explain all my options and what potential situations may occur, before they even came up. She was very patient through the entire process and went ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations of a Real Estate Agent.. She even called and/or texted me at night to keep up to date of any new situations.. For example the house needed to be cleaned, top to bottom, to make it presentable.. She knew a person that would take care of it and negotiated a deal for me and saved me some money.. I can't imagine anyone better to handle the sale of my dad's house, considering everything that came up.. than Christine.. She was Awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine helped us to find a suitable home for us, and to close it within the time frame, regardless of some issues with the seller and the property. From the first contact, my wife and I knew that we had found an exceptional professional in Christine, to help us find what we wanted. Christine is dedicated, flexible, very professional, pleasant and committed, and she doesn't give up! She adjusted well to us, and our requirements, and was there to help, even as that meant that sometimes we had to visit the same house multiple times because of our scheduling limitations. At the same time, she offers her advice and guides the purchasing and closing process very smoothly. Her referrals to other professionals that I needed along the way, were really what set the total experience far above par. Thank you, Christine!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Christine in March to rent a home. We did not need a home until the end of May, but she stayed in contact with us until we were ready to start looking. Since rental homes go quickly, she was correct in saying that we should wait until April to begin our search in earnest. By the time we began looking at houses, she had a good idea of what we wanted and only listed homes we would like. She was also quite flexible in terms of scheduling. There were many times that homes were rented the morning before we saw them, and she quickly found a home to replace it. What I was most impressed with, though, was that she was easy to contact and knew so many of the companies in the area. If I had a question, I could e-mail her or call, and she was able to find out information quickly. As a result, we found a great home! She helped us through the entire process, and was a great liaison between us and the management company. I would absolutely recommend Christine to anyone in the area. We definitely plan on calling her when we are ready to buy a home in a few years!
