We were highly involved in the build, which meant she took on a great number of responsibilities that, to my knowledge, are well above and beyond the primary duties of a Realtor. After many months of building, including a couple of instances where Christina used her industry expertise to come to the rescue (one concerning the Homeowner's Association and the other the mortgage company) we are in our new home and it is everything we had envisioned. I highly doubt that any other Realtor could have maneuvered the complex process as smoothly as calmly as Christina. We are grateful to have met her.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very thankful for Christina Wright and her team. We were military when we owned our home, then had to move but due to the market were unable to sell it. The time came 6 years later to sell. I kept hearing Christina's name come up and I had periodically reached out to assess the situation of selling. She walked me through what we were looking at and our options and we decided to sell. She was an EXPERT. We looked at short sale options which she was well versed in and ultimately did a conventional sale, the house had a contract almost immediately after it went on the market because she knows what she is doing and how to get things moving. It was a very seamless and easy process entirely managed by Christina and her team. I only wish the buyers agent was as put together as Christina was. ZillowVERIFIED Christina is the ultimate professional in her field. My wife and I relocated to NC from CT and spent the past year falling in love with this state. When we decided to find our home, we had no friends yet, so we did not know who to call. Well, we were watching television and a commercial for real estate aired, and it was for Christina. For reasons we cannot explain, watching the commercial made both of us feel that she was the one. Cannot explain this, but this is what we felt. We contacted her and she immediately scheduled an appointment. We sat down in her office and the first thing that struck us was her outgoing and extremely warm personality. Christina knows her profession and knows it well. We tease her that she should be the mayor of Jacksonville due to her vast knowledge of the Jacksonville, NC area. After speaking with us in regards to our needs and likes, she said that she would do some homework and call us. She called us the next day and we immediately began our search. Every home Christina showed us had all the points we had hit on. She was there to provide invaluable advice, or describe the areas around the homes. One day, Christina gives us her famous big smile and says that we will now think outside the box... new construction. My wife and I never considered this and were somewhat apprehensive entertaining a new home, under construction. But we put our faith in Christina and she immediately found our dream home. It was in its framing stage. During the whole process, Christina was with us all the way. If we had a question, she was a phone call away. My wife Debbie and I have grown very fond of Christina, and we have become good friends. She is "good, good people". We will be forever grateful to her for helping to make North Carolina our home.
