ZillowChristina is a true professional in the industry of real estate. She was always responsive and one step ahead of the other party's concerns and/or negotiations. I needed to put my home up for sale right before the Thanksgiving holiday and even though the winter months are the slowest in the real estate market, Christina still made sure the closing happened on my timeline. I cannot recommend Christina highly enough. If I could give her 6 stars, I would!
ZillowI first met Christina at a networking group. As you probably know, there are several Realtors at networking groups, however, Christina has a way of really connecting. So when it was time for our family to move back in 2016 , Christina is who we chose to sell our house, and also find a new one. House was sold relatively easily and at our asking price, and the house we bought...well, even though our bid wasn't as high as others, we were able to give the sellers more time in their home (time was money for them!). We wouldn't have been able to do that without Christina guiding us. After all these years, I still recommend Christina and pass along her contact info. And should we ever decide to move (hard to even think it, as we love our house), you know we will reach out to Christina again. Thank you so much Christina! You are amazing and it's no wonder you are winning all kinds of awards!

First she was instrumental in narrowing the search to neighborhoods that were ideal for me. During the property selection phase she was very good at finding little things like cracks in concrete, pet odors, window well issues etc. Once we selected a property, she was a strong negotiator in a competitive market. Not only did she keep us calm through this purchase but we were very informed by her vast knowledge. Her knowledge of Denver and the surrounding area is incredible- we were buying a house an hour away from her home office and she was on top of it! When it came to the buying process, she didn't sugar coat what we needed to hear (market shifts) yet also managed to keep everything positive. ZillowSaying Christina is awesome is an understatement. The reviews speak for themselves already but I'll share my experience with her: I was recommended to her by a builder's representative since I was buying a brand new home. As the representative said herself, "If you're gonna get an agent on a brand new home purchase, you might as well get someone that will show up during the different meetings instead of showing at closing only for his/her commission". I had several of my colleagues, new home buyers, telling me how not involved their agent were and that they probably didn't even need one since they only showed up at closing so I was a bit skeptical to begin with. In any case, I scheduled 4 different meetings with 4 different agents and by the time I finished talking with Christina, I was sold. It was not about the knowledge only but the connection with the agent to know that I was really getting an ally to help me throughout this process. And boy did I get an ally in her! She was present at EVERY meetings. As we were selecting some futures for the house, her presence helped in advising whether certain things would be cheaper or more expensive to obtain from the builder or not(A/C installation, ...). She also helped to identify some futures that would add value and will make the house more marketable down the road should we decide to sell it later on. As the process went on, she was quick to answer all the questions (and God knows how much I bombarded her with questions). She also connected me with a third party inspection company before closing and scheduled everything with the builder for us. That helped us a lot for our punch list walk. She also connected me with a great lender which ended making this transaction smooth. In fact, I got a better deal than the preferred lender. As a side note, she is very well surrounded and know a lot of people so she can recommend many professionals from inspectors to tax consultant etc.... As I said, I did not get an agent in Christina. I got an ally. And that was a game changer.
