ZillowVERIFIEDI was told by this realtor is was aEURoeagainst the lawaEUR? to attend the home inspection. Immediate red flag there. When questioned about what law, she couldnt provide the law that prohibits a potential buyer from attending the inspection. This realtor worked to avoid a property survey recommended by not one but two attorneys. The first of which we fired at her recommendation because the attorney would not proceed further without a survey. Acquiring signatures for the easement proved to be difficult when it was learned one property owner was in a rest home. My wife and I paid money to have the survey moved in order to avoid the property owners signature. Once the survey was moved and easement handed over to the second attorney, guess whos signature is present? Thats right, the property owner whose signature we paid to avoid! How this property owner signed the easement and not her power of attorney is a question still yet to be answered. Even getting the managing broker involved was a headache. The managing broker provided no real answers, just attitude. Dual agents can not serve both sellers and buyers best interest. Never use a dual agent! We feel as if we were lied to in multiple instances by this individual. We were being mislead about the property survey, cleanliness of the residence and the punch list of work completed. In my personal opinion, I would not recommend use of this realtor.

At times she went beyond what was expected, by shampooing the carpets for the buyer which was an elderly person.
