ZillowVERIFIED Christina is absolutely the best! We bought and sold with her. Both properties were challenging, especially with the one we were selling. She helped us wade through irrigation rights, easements, and so many other issues. Would absolutely recommend Christina and the Christi Reece Group! You all are the best! Thank you all for your hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina did a remarkable job for me from the pricing, marketing materials, and the negotiations with the buyer of my residence. What really made Christina stand out was that I had vacated my home prior to it being sold and she regularly checked on the property, coordinated with vendors that were needed in response to necessary repairs and kept me fully informed along the way. Having Christina as my realtor made me feel that I was not alone in the process and she showed time and time again that she promoted my best interest and I always felt that she was my partner during the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina recently helped my husband and I find our new home from across the country. It?s super stressful to buy a home in another state and she made it as easy and painless as possible. She was SO prompt on replying to our requests and questions no matter the time of day, considering we were two time zones away that was especially helpful. Her positive attitude made it fun to work with her and she not only helped us find our home but went above and beyond to make sure we had any contacts we needed for living in a new city. If you?re looking for someone who is energetic, fun to work with, knowledgeable, and a great communicator we highly recommend Christina! We feel like we are walking away with not only a home we love but a new friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina was extremely helpful in helping us purchase our new home. She is a ?go getter? as they say, and made it a smooth process for us as we had to make a long distance purchase. She was there every step of the way. I?ve bought several homes over the course of my life and this was the easiest purchase to date. Many thanks Christina!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina was an outstanding agent in our search for our new home. We were moving from another state and she was very helpful in providing considerations on where to look for homes to meet our needs. Our search lasted about six months. She was helpful and responsive the whole time. She provided a video walkthrough for us as we were out of town when we made the offer on the house we bought. The pictures in the listing were good but we still had some questions and concerns. Her video and discussion with us gave us the confidence to make the offer that got us our new home. She provided great expertise throughout the closing process as well. We highly recommend her if you are looking for a home in the area. She really cares about her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina is a top notch realtor. We listed our home just days before Colorado's unexpected lockdown for COVID-19, which included two weeks of no in-person showings. Despite all of this, Christina's communication, and support of The Christi Reece Group, our home was only on the market for 33-days. In addition, Christina's standard of excellence did not waiver when we moved across the country to Virginia. We sold our home in the most unexpected circumstances, while living across the country, all with little anxiety because Christina had our back. I would recommend Christina to everyone! Selling our home could not have gone any better, and if we ever move back to CO, we'll definitely partner with Christina again!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina was with me every step of the way, from my initial inquiry regarding my move to Grand Junction, to the moment we closed. She even helped me carry my cats to and from the title office, after a grueling two day journey to get here! I cannot speak highly enough of her professional approach to the home purchase process, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Her willingness to answer every question, to offer clear advice, and to be there whenever I needed anything leads me to believe she has a passion for helping people, which is exactly what she did for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina helped my wife and I buy our first home! She was very knowledgable on the area of the Grand Valley we were interested in and showed us a variety of properties in our price range. Christina really listened to us and was able to pinpoint properties that we would be interested in. My wife and I found the whole home buying process really manageable and stress free. There were a couple times we had questions outside of normal business hours and Christina was very quick to respond. ZillowVERIFIED As an investor I look for very specific criteria when searching for my next project. Christina was able to dig into the market and find a number of properties for me to look at. As we visited all the different properties she had done her research for the home and the neighborhoods with projected pricing for resale and an idea of what the seller was really looking for. She communicates great and knew what I was looking for. Ultimately, she showed me a home that was perfect for what I wanted to take on and was able to negotiate the price to fit in my budget. She was super responsive to my every phone call, text, and email. She is a great resource when it comes to what areas are good to look in and always available to show a house on short notice. She is really sweet and genuine and her personality really makes her easy to work with. I look forward to continuing a relationship with her and finding more properties to work on!!!
