She is very knowledgeable about the local market and was able to get top dollar for the house. She was knowledgeable about the probate process and the different requirements for selling a house that was part of an estate. In addition to her knowledge of the process itself, she was sympathetic to and respectful of how hard it is on the family. She had a great understanding of the complex family dynamics involved after the death of a family member and worked well with all. She went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for all of us. She was responsive and attentive to all aspects of the sale and I really cant thank her enough.
