Now wanting to return to Lawrence, we knew who to call! Larry was always available when we sent messages or called. He got us a first viewing of a house we were very interested in (and we knew would get an offer that day). He went above and beyond helping us when the seller was not moved out the day of our closing. His expertise and advise got us everything we wanted, and even didn't know we needed. He is well respected and know in the area and you will have him as a friend after all is said and done. It was all worth it (stressful to me at times, but not to Larry) and the entire experience was HGTV worthy in the end! Success!

When I called Christina she immediately started working for us, we told her what exactly we were looking and she would find it for us, several options usually. When our search criteria changed, she adapted and found us the perfect home. We just moved in this week and love it. It checks all of the boxes on a house that we want to grow in.

Christina Phelps offered to help sell our house and she took so many burdens off of our shoulders. She and the Northrop team got to work! They hired a painter, staged the house, got a great photographer and hosted open houses in a short period of time. There are many realtors in LAwrence, but I cannot imagine many put in the energy and work that Christina does. Christina was available to answer all questions, meet movers, find cleaners, and so many other things. The stress of moving during a pandemic was made so much easier because of Christina and now I consider her a friend!
