FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Start by getting pre-approved for a mortgage to set your budget. Research the local market and make a wish list of must-haves. Partner with a trusted real estate agent, like myself. and be prepared to make some compromises. Always get a professional inspection to avoid surprises, and think about future resale value. Stay patient and trust your instincts—this is an exciting journey!
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Work with a knowledgeable real estate agent to create a strong marketing strategy. Be flexible with showings and prepared for negotiations. Price it correctly, clear clutter, do any necessary repairs, and stage it nicely. Finally, stay patient—selling a home is a journey, and the right buyer is out there!
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients, including first-time homebuyers excited to start their journey, investors seeking profitable opportunities, and families building their dream homes. I also support families navigating the sale of their parents’ homes during difficult times, as well as those looking to downsize or accommodate a growing family. My goal is to provide personalized guidance for each unique situation.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite transactions was selling a beautiful lake property that came with a dock—although the dock was surprisingly sitting on dirt! My clients approached me after their property had sat with other agents for an extended period. I was able to relist the property and, through strategic marketing and effective negotiation, I sold it in under 30 days. It was incredibly rewarding to help my clients achieve their goals and finally move on to their next adventure!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My journey into real estate began when I was renting from an older landlord who was struggling to find tenants. I offered to help him with some social media marketing, and by the end of the day, he had a new tenant! He jokingly told me I should become a realtor, and while I laughed it off at the time, I couldn’t shake the thought. Over the next few days, I researched the industry and realized it was a path I wanted to pursue. Shortly after, I embarked on my real estate journey, and I haven’t looked back since!
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I’m committed to continuous learning to ensure I provide the best possible service and support to my clients throughout their real estate journey.

I have bought and sold several homes. I have been fortunate to have had good realtors. Christina however was great. Super willing to show us anything anytime. Very engaged and able to answer or get the answers to our questions. I am sure without her this purchase would not have happened. I will use her again. I've already referred her to people I know.

Christina was an amazing realtor start to finish. I was recommended to her by my mortgage lender as my husband and I were first time home buyers. I was nervous for what I was getting into but she made it so seamless. I called her on a Friday afternoon for the first time and we were viewing houses the very next day. When viewing, she was very honest in the details of the property and helpful in making decisions right for us. She never once tried to persuade us into anything. In fact she would point out things in a property that she felt did not fit what we were looking for. One we were ready to place an offer, she was there to help every step of the way. She would meet with us or call at any time of the day to go over any questions we had and explain the process in full. We even had a delay in our loan agreement due to the government shut down, and she was still there giving us updates throughout the entire process. She had us in a home in 2 months. Not only was she an amazing realtor but she is an amazing person. We are so thankful to have gotten to know her and had the experience of working with her. I would never choose anyone else to help us in the future. Very much so recommend!

Working with Christina Norman was an absolute pleasure! She represented the buyers in a recent transaction where I supported Cathryn Davis, who represented the sellers, and from start to finish Christina was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly, responded quickly to every question or document request, and kept the process smooth and positive for all parties involved. Her professionalism and teamwork truly made the transaction seamless. I'd be happy to work alongside Christina again anytime! - Kalee with Rise Transaction Management
