ZillowVERIFIED Christina was amazing! We met on accident and she found me a great home. Being in wheelchair and finding something somewhat accessible is tough. I was also on a crunch time with my lease ending. She made it all happen! Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina was a amazing realtor, and I consider her a very good friend after Al we put her through *lol* she went above and beyond helping find a house in Waterloo Il.. things happened and we had to start looking back in my home town, which was over 2 hours away! What did Christina do you might ask!? She hopped in her vehicle and made the drive all the way to Marion Il to help my wife and I find our dream home! Never once?s tried to pawn us off with a closer realtor or anything. If you want someone that is down to earth knows the market and knows houses inside and out and is spot on with offers you?ve found the one!

ZillowVERIFIED I was represented by Christina to buy my house and she was so detail oriented and did so much footwork to find me the perfect house on such a low budget and she did just that! I knew when I was ready to sell my house that I wanted her to help me sell it too! She once again was responsive immediately and kept me up to date constantly on the process. She was awesome to work with, and I know for sure I will be using her services if I buy a house in this area again. I strongly recommend her for your home searching or selling services!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina is the absolute best. She responded very late in the evening when I first was connected to her. She had a list of 5 houses within hours for me to look at. She found the absolute perfect home for me and I made an offer after just the one viewing. She was there with knowledge, helpful advice, and professionalism with a personal touch that made me feel like I was house hunting with a friend. Cant recommend enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina Karr is exceptional! We contacted her from out of state to inquire about one of her listings. She not only showed us the home, but went above and beyond in every aspect of the purchase. She completely arranged the closing process to our needs and we were able to do it all online. She also provided us with flooring quotes and arranged installation prior to our move. She is a gem of a person and responds to client needs without hesitation. We are so thrilled with our home in Belleville, Illinois.

ZillowVERIFIED There?s honestly not enough space in this section to explain how great Christina is, and how she was a pleasure to work with. First off, I?m a P.I.A. (In general) and she was so cool, chill, and out going. She?s extremely out going, and never got frustrated with all of my questions, back tracking, and nervousness. She?s not just out real estate agent, but we now consider her a friend, and part of the family. Even my kids love her. She?s guided us through something that should be painful and stressful, but she made everything painless, smooth, and seamless. I would call and text at crazy hours and she?d always respond or stop what she was doing to help us. I even have family members that are real estate agents, and chose to go with Christina. She is that good. I highly recommend her, and she will be assisting all of my friends, and family, in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina is by far the best realtor weve ever had! This is our 4th home and we couldnt have asked for a better person! She listened to every need we had in a home, the school district for our 4 kids and the distance we were willing to drive. She helped us search and search until we found the right home for us. Then we found the home, she did everything in her power to ensure we got the home of our dreams! She stayed on top of our bank and she constantly ensured the process was moving along in a timely manner. I would hands down refer her to anyone who is selling or buying a home! Shes always honest, friendly and timely!

ZillowVERIFIED We just want to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to Christina for helping us get our house sold! We first met Christina when looking for a home and she became our buyer?s agent. Fast forward a few years and there was no one else we wanted more to help us with selling our home. She took extreme care and detail throughout and treated us like family. We are an active duty military family serving abroad at the moment. Christina has helped us sell our home while being away and she communicated with us almost on a daily basis. She was transparent and honest throughout the entire process. She continually went above and beyond the normal duties of a real estate agent. From arranging viewings, repairs, inspections. She literally did it all! Christina is awesome and she WILL get your home sold or help you find your forever home.

ZillowVERIFIED After unsuccessfully attempting to sell our home without a realtor, we decided to reach out to Christina Karr. She had a photographer come out and take awesome pictures of our home to aid in the selling process. She was readily available with any questions or concerns we had. She posted several signs as well as social media posts advertising the sale of our house. With her help, our house sold within a week! I wished we would have reached out to her sooner! Christina also helped us find our new home. She walked us through 6-8 different houses. She shared her expert opinion on pricing and quality of the home we were looking at. Our experience with Christina was wonderful. To this day I recommend her to anyone I know that is buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina Karr is amazing. My husband and I were out looking at potential homes when we came across her sign. I Facebook messaged her and she answered me before we even drove off! From that point on she worked with us to help us find our home. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She kept us informed every step of the way in our process. She was awesome with negotiating!! She negotiated such a great price that even our loan officer was impressed. Oh and she did this all 8 1/2 months pregnant!! We had prepared to work with her stand in but NOPE! She still kept us informed while on maternity leave and was even there for our closing! We will use Christina in all of our future real estate endeavors. In our opinion she is the only choice when it comes to a realtor.
