For one thing, we lived in Virginia and didn't plan to visit in person *at all* during any part of the house hunting, inspections, or closing. So all of our searching was done together over FaceTime, every point of negotiation along the way was a call, text, or email. Thankfully, she was perfectly responsive and there was never a delay in any phase of the process. Once we made an offer on a house, her phenomenal team organized all of the inspections for us and kept in close contact with the title company and the mortgage officer. Again, an incredibly high level of communication made all of the administrative tasks associated with buying a house very simple. I am grateful that I never felt rushed and always felt supported with fast answers to any questions I had. I am very glad that I was able to trust Christi, her team, and her process.
