ZillowVERIFIED The first time my wife and I scheduled a house tour with Christina we got a great impression of her . She was very friendly, respectful and professional. Our priorities when we were looking for a place was a backyard with enough space for the kids to play but our budget was limited and many of the places we were looking were way above our target price. She encouraged us to keep looking and to have patience and that we would find the right place at the right time. After almost two months of looking everyday and meeting with her on the weekends , we saw a place that caught our attention. My wife asked her to take a look and they both went that same day. One day after I also went to see this house and got a special connection . That same day we placed the offer and she supported and made the offer process really efficient. She coordinated all the activities necessary to close the offer the soonest and three weeks after we first looked this house, we got the keys of our new place. The day she gave us the keys was one of the most important days in our lives and it probably wouldn't be possible to have the house we were dreaming of without her great service. We had a very complicated divorce situation and I also had my side of the family involved and helping us so Christina had to separately deal with many people which took a lot of extra time and repetitiveness. She treated us like family. She was always available anytime that we needed her to respond to questions or concerns, to check out properties for us because my work schedule is so busy (she did several video tours for us), she also had no problem showing a property to different people in our family on separate occasions. Christina knew about crime in the areas and other very important things that would be important to us . We were originally matched with her by zillow when we wished to look at a listing we'd found, but Christina wanted to also show us another house nearby which we ended up buying. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. When the bank needed supporting documentation, I could be confident Christina would get back to me with it within a few hours. She also arranged for many small repairs (loose outlets, sticky sliding doors, etc) to be done before we moved in without charge. When vines growing against the side of the house would have prevented termite tenting, Christina noticed a gardener working nearby and offered him some cash to cut back the vines which helped us get the tenting done on time. We also knew we'd be replacing a roof shortly after purchase but closing was right around Thanksgiving and we were traveling. Christina helped us out by essentially acting as project manager on our roof while we were out of town. We'd highly recommend Christina to anyone looking for a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time homebuyers when we started to look for a realtor in San Diego. We were interested in multiple areas of the county. Finding out that I was pregnant really spurred our need to get a bigger home. We interviewed multiple realtors to find out What type of personalities and work ethics they had. We chose to go with Christina because not only was she very informed as a realtor, but honestly she has a really great vibe as far as her personality, and I felt I would be able to work with her very well and wouldn't feel intimidated by telling her no or what types of things I was really looking for. And I was right, Christina did not push us into anything that we weren't comfortable with which I feel is very important. She listened to our wants and our needs and showed us a variety of properties in person and through her website across the county. When we were getting discouraged by the increasing property prices Christina was very helpful in keeping us on track and motivated that we would find the right property. We actually were able to find a property that was 100 K below our budget, but actually had the space that we needed. The thought of possibly having less commission I don't think even crossed Christina's mind, she actually did tell us the benefits of buying a house that was below our price point and I really feel like it takes a person who really cares about you and your family and the home that you're going to create to not look at it as $$$ in or out of their pocket. When I ended up having my baby a month early Christina was a gem, offering to help with getting paperwork where it needed to be and with any of the vendors coming in to do contract work in our house prior to us moving in. She was very supportive even after all the paperwork was done. My husband and I actually bought a townhome in Escondido and Christina was very familiar with the area so after moving in we would contact her for any references as far as plumbers or AC guys, and she was happy to give her references. When our air-conditioner gave out two months in our new House we contacted the warranty company and Christina. And when the warranty company denied our claim Christina went to bat for us and was actually able to get our air-conditioner and heater cover. Christina is not the type of person who it's like OK the deal is done goodbye. She is fully committed to you as an agent who has helped to buy your home and I honestly feel like she was probably the best person that could've helped us find our home.

I was able to call her, text or email her and I would get a response within 30 min or less. I dont want to give away her secrets to her competitors, but I promise you if you give her a call she will find whatever you are looking for and more!Christina is very easy to talk too and is very informative. Real Estate language can be confusing and intimating, but Christina finds a way to make everything very clear and precise.In the end, we found a beautiful home. Christina, her family and Realty Experts are very genuine. I can honestly say I gained two things; a home and a friend. Christinas character is sincere and her work ethic is unmatched. Christina and Realty Experts have an endless amount of resources which came in very handy. To say the least, Christina and family made this experience enjoyable and non-stressful. For as long as I live in San Diego Christina Johnson will be my realtor!
