ZillowVERIFIEDI listed a home with Chrisitna a few years back and the sale still bothers me today and so I decided to write a review. She said to list the house at 218,000 because only investors would buy it. I came back to her later and said I wanted it listed at 228,000 and so she did. First open house several offers came in and they were up to maybe 250,000. The first 3 or 4 did not buy it after she spoke with their gents for whatever reasons........then we had a buyer for over 228,00 and Christina said they wanted $1,000 at the close of escrow to trim a tree and update the electric panel....the house was built in 1948. That buyer changed their minds and now we were at her buyer........she would be getting the listing fees and the fees for the agent representing the buyer. This buyer she offered the $1,000 dollars to ( the $1,000 I had agreed to give the last buyer who was paying more) without even consulting me.........she just told me she offered her buyer that. The sale was FHA and after 50 days no close of escrow.........I was telling Christina I wanted to relist the property if this didn't close soon. Christina then told me that after 60 days FHA gives $10.00 a day after the 60 days.............I am not sure if this retro'd back to a date or not I just know at the close of escrow the check I had to write for 1,000 dollars was less because of the $10.00 dollars a day. If FHA does give 10 dollars a day at some point I see nothing on researching this. Also, why would FHA not give me a check instead of me taking it off the $1,000 dollars? I feel I was NOT represented well and even though it has been over 2 years I still think about it. she may be great at finding you a home but as far as a listing agent.............NOT HAPPY.
