ZillowVERIFIEDChristina sold one of our rental homes in September 2021. Initially, we attempted to FSBO but we lacked the ability to properly promote the property and eventually we realized that we needed it to be on MLS and Zillow. We chose Christina after talking to a few realtors who seemed too busy for our home valued at "only" $110,000. There were a few hurdles that she navigated quickly and professionally for us including "flood zone" fears and we also had tenants who needed to be bought out of their lease so the property would be vacant at closing for this first time home buyer. Both issues gave pause to potential buyers. Within a short period of time we were under contract at $105,000 as she was able to communicate with the buyers agent and she secured a great price quote on flood insurance as well as writing an addendum to the contract spelling out the guarantee of property transfer at closing. We will be enlisting Christina again in April to list another rental home as we are retiring from the business after 45 years. In closing, if you want a realtor that will work tirelessly and return calls and text after hours and weekends, then look no more. Call Christina!!

Whenever I had a concern or question Christina would respond quickly and made sure that each one of them were answered to my liking. I never send an email or text message at any point that was not responded to within 15 minutes, even if sent at 10 p.m. If anyone else I know is looking for a realtor I will recommend Christina without reservation. She did all this in the middle of COVID-19 too, which was especially impressive given all the additional stress/obligations that put on everyone. She even has checked in after I bought the house to see if everything is good, and helped me get a door fixed at no cost to myself. I could not of had someone better.

We weren't 100% sure what we were looking for when we started our search so we were hesitant to bring in a realtor because we didn't want to waste anyone's time. On our first meeting we discussed all of our concerns and immediately hit it off. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I just bought our first house. We were so new to this homeownership world, it was a little scary. We met Christina through Zillow, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable! She is engaging, thorough, and quick to respond. She really cares about you getting the house you want. She texts (which was helpful for me, having a weird work schedule), and was so easy to get ahold of. Also, as an example of thoroughness, on our walk through, she caught the fact that the utilities technician who was turning the water on looked confused, so she went and talked to him and it turns out there was an underground leak! She called the water utility company, she called plumbers to get estimates, she called literally everyone so it could get fixed within a week. All the time keeping us updated. She saved us a $4000 repair and a ghastly water bill!! I cannot say enough good things about Christina. I would absolutely recommend her.
