Lacey heard our needs and desires and gave us everything we asked for. We needed a three bedroom in our price range, five minutes away from tennis courts, and 5 to 10 minutes away from work. Christina sold one of our rental homes in September 2021. Initially, we attempted to FSBO but we lacked the ability to properly promote the property and eventually we realized that we needed it to be on MLS and Zillow. We chose Christina after talking to a few realtors who seemed too busy for our home valued at "only" $110,000. There were a few hurdles that she navigated quickly and professionally for us including "flood zone" fears and we also had tenants who needed to be bought out of their lease so the property would be vacant at closing for this first time home buyer. Both issues gave pause to potential buyers. Within a short period of time we were under contract at $105,000 as she was able to communicate with the buyers agent and she secured a great price quote on flood insurance as well as writing an addendum to the contract spelling out the guarantee of property transfer at closing. We will be enlisting Christina again in April to list another rental home as we are retiring from the business after 45 years. In closing, if you want a realtor that will work tirelessly and return calls and text after hours and weekends, then look no more. Call Christina!!
