ZillowVERIFIED5 STARS!! Christina went above and beyond to help sell my home! Her charisma and drive with creative tactics finalized what seemed like an impossible sale! Christina was dedicated from start to finish and worked relentlessly to help me achieve my goals, all while I was out of state. JOB WELL DONE ????
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my fifth home purchase, and Christina was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with.I had very specific requirements for the home I was looking for, and Christina was great at striking a balance between identifying and recommending potential homes with allowing the flexibility to search independently in order to hone in on what would be right for me.Christina always had time for me and was very prompt in responding and providing information. She was also extremely patient and flexibile, as my erratic schedule often made home showings a challenge. When we finally found THE house, Christina was there through every step of the process and was invaluable in the purchase negotiation. She is tremendously gifted in understanding the other side of the transaction and knowing what will appeal to the seller, which meant the best possible result for me. When a difficult issue came up during the inspection, Christina did an amazing job of renegotiating with the sellers and ensuring a successful outcome. With my new home secured, I turned to Christina for the sale of my house and could not have asked for a better result. She has a keen sense of the market, especially in pricing appropriately, and knows what will appeal to a potential buyer. Christina created the listing using vivid and accurate descriptions of the property, produced brochures which detailed features and upgrades, and used professional photography to best depict the highlights and condition of the house. All of this led to my house going under contract in less than 5 days - and for asking price. I never expected such a terrific outcome, and I know that it was Christinas skill that made it possible! In both transactions, she was highly organized and efficient, always keeping me informed about where in the process things were and anything that needed to be done. Christina is a true professional, and I would absolutely ask her to help me buy or sell a home again.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am working with Christina for about seven years now. Ive worked with her as a buyers agent and as a listing agent. I do know many many other realtors but I would not work with anyone else but Christina. She is so knowledgeable, extremely helpful ,patience, she will go above and beyond for her clients. It is extremely easy to communicating with her. It doesnt matter how many clients she is working with at the same time, she will always make you feel like you are her number one priority! I am 100% highly recommending her to anyone! You wont be disappointed in her ever!
ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Christina for over ten years. I have bought and sold with her guidance as a realtor and have had great results. There is no drama, just results. I enjoy no surprises.
ZillowVERIFIEDChristina was wonderful with my elderly parents, my brothers, and myself through the process of selling the house. She came to my parents whos mobility is limited, recommended and contacted cleaning and painting professionals to prepare the property and arranged viewings, including one for the neighbors that ultimately led to a successful sale. Having grown up in Bay Village she has a deep insight to the market and was able to make specific recommendations regarding what work on the house would likely show a positive ROI when sold. I recommend Christina highly.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy Husband and I hired Christina as our realtor over 8 years ago , when we were looking to purchase a property in Lakewood. Since then, we had other realtor dealings with Christina such as, listing properties for sale/rent, find new property to buy and we have always been very impressed with her professionalism, her in depth knowledge of her craft, her responsiveness and her kindness. She is a very dedicated professional and a very nice , respectful person. We would very comfortable to highly recommend her to any of our friends or family!
ZillowVERIFIEDBeing a real estate over the last 10 years I've bought and sold many properties.. this last go around I had 4 properties that I was looking to buy (3 for my parents retirement investment) and the other was for myself.. we started with looking at commercial and then switched to residential (due to a request by my father).. I've worked with mAny realtors over the years.. and Christina is definitely the best I've worked with for many reasons.. she never stops working for you,.. literally.. I've told her many times to not work so much but it's in her nature.. she's constantly looking / researching for properties.. usually realtors don't see what potentially is a good rehab buy, but she definitely did.. (I didn't even have to search on my own, which is usually what I do), secondly she sincerely looks out for you.. when it comes to contracts for closing she actually looks things over and finds any things/errors that could be costly to you.. and the most important quality is she knows how to win the deal!.. we literally were 4 for 4 in winning every offer we put in.. which is amazing in this market of having multiple offers for every bid you put in.. she knows what price to go in at, and she knows how to talk to the listing agent..she also knows how to package the deal to make it appealing to the seller. These are all little things that win you deals and not all seasoned veterans know how to do very well. Whether you're a first time home buyer or an investor I would strongly recommend Christina..especially in this competitive market.. I know I'll use her every time I'm looking to buy or list..
ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with many realtors both in and outside of Ohio, and bought and sold quite few houses in my lifetime, and I've never met a realtor as hard working and dedicated as Christina. But Christina's incredible work ethic is not the only thing that sets her apart from the many other realtors I've worked with. She genuinely CARES about her clients! After looking at houses for weeks, I finally found one I would seriously consider. Christina took the time to sit down with me, analyze the neighborhood comps, weigh the pros and cons, and ultimately recommended that I not buy the house because I wouldn't get the return on investment based on the data. I was stunned. She didn't take the easy road by just selling me a house. She told me she wanted me to be happy with my purchase and get what I needed out of it. Ultimately we did find a beautiful home in a great area within my budget and I couldn't be happier. What a gem! I could not recommend her more. You can't go wrong hiring Christina!
ZillowVERIFIEDI would like to provide this reference for Ms. Christina Carpadis of ReMax Realtors: I had started my research for a house in early 2019 because I didnt want to lock into another new lease on my current place. I had worked with a few realtors' but not committed to any single one until I met Christina and seen how she has worked on my behalf. Christina quickly picked up on my house requirements and needs. She understood my specific requirements on price, features and location better then any of the other realtors. As we looked at various houses, Christina realized what was important to my selection criteria and I was amazed how quickly she worked to get me in to see a place in person, sometimes within a few hours or a day or so. She was very flexible to my crazy schedule and timeframe. She pointed out the key value items and areas of each house that we looked at. Christina also recognized how to work the critical negotiation's required to get my bid in the top list of candidates for a popular house and location. I am extremely happy with the place we found and I attribute all the hard work that needed to be done to Ms. Christina Carpadiss great efforts! I highly recommend engaging with Christina for she will work very hard on your behalf in pursuing the house of your dreams!

ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I bought our first home with Christina, moving from another state. The first things we noticed working with Christina was that she was very responsive, honest and knowledgeable about problems she was seeing in homes we toured, really really hard working, and very patient. We had a load of questions, and she gave us so much of her time to locate a house that would work for us. I think we may have toured 15 -20 houses, offered on 6 or more and were really struggling to find something. She stuck with us, didn't give up on the process even though it was frustrating, and really worked hard for us. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone looking for a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDI'm so thankful to have Christina. I had told her we were in no hurry as I didnt need to move for 8 months but that quickly changed to 1 month! She was amazing at providing the exact kind of condo options I was looking for. I just moved to Lakewood from out of state and I fully trusted her as she was so knowledgeable about where I wanted to be! This woman got me into my dream condo for an INCREDIBLE deal! She always was professional, patient, honest and went WAY beyond what a regular real estate agent would do. She is truly the best agent Ive ever had. I plan on using all her recommendations for all her remodel guys as they are all reputable and affordable. Me and my new life will be forever grateful to her!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are now closing on our 4th property with Christina and for good reason. She is a true professional that puts her clients interests first. She is smart, driven, accessible, available, determined yet thoughtful, understanding and compassionate. She is truly what you always hope for is a realtor. As a business owner and sales professional, I trust Christina completely...and that is not something I can very often. Give her a chance...you will be very happy you did.Austin
ZillowVERIFIEDWe truly enjoyed our experience with Christina! Easy to communicate with and we always knew she was working hard to help us. Whether it was to find a tenant or to sell property, her marketing skills and attention to detail were amazing. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristina has helped me with several listings, successfully selling every one of them. She is extremely dedicated and conscientious, and will work very hard to ensure her client's success in selling a home, or in buying one. I have already referred her several times to friends and associates.
ZillowVERIFIEDWONDERFUL!!Christina knows her stuff. She is a wonderful, knowlegable and honest person to work with. I have used her services several times through the past years and have always been more then happy with the outcome, whether it be, selling buying or renting a property she has guided me in the right direction every time. ZillowVERIFIEDChristina made it possible for me to move across the county to take a new job. I was really not prepared to take a huge loss on my home. I had a few things left to fix up before I could sell my home at market price. Christina tried for a few weeks to see what I could get for it, and even though I lowered my price to compensate for the repairs that were needed, the market was just not there. Christina suggested that I look at renting it. I never really thought this was going to be an option since I was 3000 miles away. I had no idea how to make this work, but Christina made it effortless.Christina and her teammate John, worked so hard for me. I cant believe that someone would do all the things that they were able to do for me. Christina went out of her way, and found contractors, picked out fixtures and gave intelligent advice to the contractors for me. If I had to do this on my own, I am sure that some contractors would have taken advantage of me and my situation. Christina found a great tenant for me, and she was always in contact with me throughout the whole process. It was as if I was just a few miles away. The fact that she was willing to look at other options for me saved my credit and my finances. Its hard to find someone that really understands where someone's at in their life and where they want to go. I never thought that I would aEURoeloveaEUR? my Realtor but I wish I could move her to California, to help me buy my next home. I went from being underwater on my house to having an investment property! I will never list my home with any other Realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I met Christina after she quickly responded to an inquiry we made online, regarding a home we were interested in. As first time home buyers, Christina has really made us feel comfortable, never rushed and always listens to what we are looking for. She is personable and patient, yet very professional and helps you to see the pros and cons in all properties and all the possibilities. She is very knowledgeable in the area we're interested in as well, in addition she has been flexible in her schedule to make sure we get into all the properties we've requested. I would recommend to Christina to ANYONE and we would definitely work with her in the future if needed!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristina went above and beyond my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She was very personable, professional, and extemely accomodating. I can't say enough!
