My name is Christin Kingsbury, I have spent the good majority of my life in a family owned real estate office helping with and learning the family trade. Through a lifetime of osmosis and yrs of full time real estate experience started buying and selling real estate when I was still just a kid. After owning land and selling, I invested in my first home at the old age of 18. I have seen first hand what investing in real estate can do to create security in lives and I truly love to be a part of helping people accomplish their dreams. The Kingsbury team, and in particular, Melisa Dewey worked tirelessly to secure a complicated land purchase for me. When closing terms were not met by the seller, Melisa maintained excellent communications between the seller's agent and me while we negotiated the terms and new price through several closing extensions.
