ZillowVERIFIED This review for Christin is for her help with selling my home in Dearborn in 2022 and because she's so awesome, she helped me purchase my new home that I closed on today! I'll never be able to thank Christin enough for making the sale of my Dearborn home go so smoothly. She knew exactly how to stage my home which was done so beautifully and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. I'm so thankful I trusted her through that entire process. Cut to last year when I started looking at my next home purchase. Christin again, made the process as stress free as possible. We got off to a slow start, but really got the ball rolling with viewings and Christin was there to make sure we found what we were looking for and more! The inspectors she had us work with are absolutely top notch, AND the home lender she referred me to work with was great too! Please know that you truly cannot go wrong as a buyer and/or seller with her. We now look forward to working with her to sell my boyfriend's home.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very fortunate to have had Ray Thietten handle the sale of our home. His advice and ideas allowed us to obtain far more offers than expected at way over asking price. Some of his ideas, quite frankly, I have never heard of before but it brought us way more than expected.

ZillowVERIFIED I really appreciated Christin's expertise throughout the process. She gave great guidance during my search, particularly about making offers in a very tough market. She gave consideration to my personal circumstances and family needs and helped me to get a great house. She also negotiated a very fair price reduction when the inspection results indicated that it was appropriate.

ZillowVERIFIED We feel so fortunate to have had Christin Bracken to help us with finding and negotiating the purchase of a family home in Michigan on behalf of our son. She made it so easy to get through the entire process even though we didn't get started until early November and had to work through the holidays to complete the sale by the end of December. She rose to the occasion, dealt with the time zone challenges, helped us to craft a good deal and had great recommendations for any additonal professional services as needed. She was patient when dealing with our first time buyer son, looked out for his best interest since he was so new to the home buying experience and took care that he was properly represented. Her extra care and empathy was very meaningful to us since we couldn't be there in person for any of the day to day efforts to find and buy this home. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Christin Bracken to help with new home purchases in her area.

ZillowVERIFIED She negotiated the best $/sq ft offer from multiple interested buyers. And after the inspection identified a repair that was not covered by the product's warranty, Christin offered the name of a repairman she has worked with to complete the job timely and at a fair cost. She was always available to answer questions and provide updates while going through the selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Christin back in 2007, when I was looking to buy a home in Rochester Hills, and chose her to be my buyer agent. She was such an effective advocate for my interests back then, that, when my new job recently brought me back to my home state, I chose Christin again to be my seller agent. See offered super advice in regard to modest improvements to refresh the appearance of the home, and was patient in waiting for me to complete those actions. Christin's marketing plan and process knowledge led to a great price, a quick sale, and a relatively clean closing process.

ZillowVERIFIED During the entire sale process Christin was never more than a few minutes away. Mornings, evenings, weekends she was always responsive to phone calls or text messages. She was very helpful with staging the house and we had a fair offer within two weeks of listing. The sale itself was delayed due to problems with the sale of the buyers property. Christin was very helpful in helping both sides of the transaction to resolve these issues, while at the same time keeping the property open for sale. The closing process was managed promptly and professionally. Overall Christin was very professional but most of all she was knowledgeable and always there when needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Christin was very helpful and patient during the course of my house hunt. She learned after the first home I looked at what my taste in homes were and it did not take her long to find the perfect home for my family. I am very grateful for how aggressive she was because in a sellers market you have to act fast.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second house Christin has helped me sell. I followed her advice on making improvements to the homes to make them more marketable. She came out to arrange the rooms and take the listing pictures. Both listings looked stunning and sold quickly for a high per square foot price. Her negotiating skills are amazing and she responds quickly.

Review for Member: Christin Bracken
ZillowVERIFIED Friends recommended Christin when we were first starting the search for our first home, and we are so happy to have that recommendation. From the very beginning, Christin was very responsive and quick to get us access to viewing homes that met our criteria. Within the first week of working with Christin, we viewed 3 houses and put in an offer that weekend. She did an excellent job of explaining the process, providing recommendations, restating what we liked / didn't like about houses without pushing her own opinion - all of which was exactly what we needed! Once we went back and forth with the seller and our offer was accepted, Christin was available for any questions or requests that came through from the home inspection and the mortgage process. Thanks to the help of Christin and her team, we were able to close quickly and had a great, first home-buying experience. My husband and I would definitely recommend Christin if you are looking to buy a new home - especially first-time buyers!

She is respectful, knowledgable and really helps in every step of the process. ZillowVERIFIED Christin checks all the boxes of an outstanding realtor. She was such an outstanding buyers agent, I contacted her 8 years later to act as my sellers agent. After placing a call Christim treated the property as her own asset to maximize. She urgently helped get the place clean, painted and staged to earn top dollar. When the appraisal did not meet the offer price Christen delivered to ensure the gap was properly bridged. Furthermore Christin's sincerity makes the selling process stressless and seem like your old friend is at your side providing sound counsel. You never have to call her twice to get something done. She's a dependable professional that gets the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Christin is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the home purchasing process. She regularly provided updated listings for my review based on the search criteria and budget that we discussed, and I felt that she got to know my personality and what I was looking for in a home very quickly. It wasn't long before she found me the perfect home. During the closing process, Christin had several recommendations for the various services needed such as a good home inspector, mortgage broker, title agency, etc. She worked very diligently through the entire process to help get the house closed and move-in scheduled as quickly as possible. I felt that Christin was very honest in her opinions, which made the entire process move smoothly. I highly recommend Christin as both a buying and selling agent.

ZillowVERIFIED As far as buying a new home goes, I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience than the one provided by Christin. Her knowledge of homes and the local market is very high, but you expect that from real estate agents. Where she differentiates herself is the personal investment she puts into her clients. She spends a lot of time understanding your needs and wants, and goes out of her way to find a place that meets all of them. Heck, she went so far as to identify nearby places of interest for my children's activities. Who does that? Christin does!
