Christie Thomas, REALTOR, is the Broker and Owner of Coldwell Banker Champion Realty in Inglewood, California. Licensed since 2007, she represents sellers, buyers, and investors across Inglewood, South Los Angeles, and the Greater LA area. She is an award-winning real estate agent and industry leader, currently serving as the 2026 President of the Los Angeles Southwest Association of REALTORS, and she is the Past President of The MLS.

Bringing real-time market data and deep industry insight to every transaction, Christie specializes in trust and probate sales, helping families sell inherited property, and guiding seniors through downsizing. She works with clients throughout Los Angeles, the South Bay, and the Westside, with her core markets in Inglewood and South LA, including the neighborhoods of Morningside Park, View Park-Windsor Hills, Ladera Heights, Baldwin Hills, Leimert Park, Crenshaw Manor, West Adams, and Jefferson Park.

In 2022, Christie acquired the Inglewood brokerage, where she had spent fifteen years, which her late broker and mentor, Gene Armstrong, formed in 1990. It was renamed Coldwell Banker Champion Realty.
