ZillowVERIFIED Christie was great to work with at 814 Realty. She was very knowledgeable, responded quickly to any questions I had, and overall was good at what she does. Any assistance I needed with closing, inspections, my loan, she always pointed me in the right direction to the people who could help me the best. I would definitely recommend her and her partners to anybody currently looking into buying a new home. Once again, thanks to all parties involved, and its been great doing business. ZillowVERIFIED Christie and Rob made our first time home buying experience wonderful. Christie is super quick, responsive and knows how to get the job done. She was extremely helpful through each step of the process and helped us understand how the home buying process works. She also helped us find a reliable lender, home inspector and settlement service. If we decided to sell and buy in the future we will be reaching our to her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Christie and Rob, I want to thank both of you so much for all of your work on my behalf to get me into the home I truly believe was right for me. Your attention to detail and your unwavering commitment to advocating on my behalf will be something I never forget. I was assigned to work with Christie through Veterans United and I was incredibly fortunate. Christie/rob always made themselves available even during my ridiculous late night house hunting searches haha.To all potential future clients , you are getting the best in the game with both Christie and Rob. Thank you for always doing what was best for me and being someone I can trust to make the right decision.

ZillowVERIFIED For my home buying experience, I had the wonderful privilege of working with Christie. She was very calming through the whole process. Any time I had an issue, she was right there to help me. Super responsive. She genuinely cared about my thoughts and concerns. Christie helped me understand every step of the journey and was very patient with me if I had questions or needed better clarification. I feel like I couldnt have made it through without her. I went into the process with an agent and came out with someone that I consider a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy did an outstanding job from the start. I was put in touch with him and his Sister Christie through veterans united not knowing much and their patients and diligence through the house buying process made it easy for me. They went above and beyond everyday with making sure I got paperwork signed to getting all the utilities transferred into my name. If your looking to buy a new home or sell one I cannot recommend Andy enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Christie and Rob were great to work with. They even ended up looking at homes 2 hours away from their main location due to changes with our plans. They were extremely nice about it and helped gather as much information as possible and helped us with everything even though they were not from the area we ended up settling in. They showed us how much they love this job and how much they care about their clients finding the perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob and Christie are a great team. We had quite a difficult time getting into this home,(no fault of theirs) They were there helping us through the whole process. They always had a good recommendation or suggestion and both were there ready to help us at practically any time of the day or night! They are awesome people who REALLY know their business! and I highly recommend their services. Christie and Rob compliment each other wonderfully as well. He showed us the homes and was very calm and approachable while she was in the background fighting for us and she even prayed with us, which was such a beautiful thing for her to do. It was just the icing on the cake for how much they did. I cant thank them both enough. I purchased a few homes in other areas of Pennsylvania and non of the other people I worked with even came close to Christie and Rob! She will fight for you and shes there when you need her! Thanks so much from Christie on down the line to all the folks who helped us through this process. I highly recommend them!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing a house in Pennsylvania while still living in Florida can be a daunting endeavor. However, Christie (and Rob) made it a flawless and successful experience!Christie was pro-active to ensure I had every contact I needed, including many choices for the mortgage, home inspections, house & car insurance, home warranty companies, etc. She stayed on top of every step and made certain I was up to date and nothing was delayed or dropped. From the moment I submitted a purchase bid (while in Florida) to the closing, it only took 30 days...possible only because of Christie's relationships with multiple vendors and her extensive knowledge of not only how to sell real estate, but also because she is an "expert" on how to close the sale successfully.I'd highly recommend Christie and Rob as your agents!

ZillowVERIFIED Christie and Rob are both amazing!! They have helped us sell two homes and buy two homes in the last year alone. Christie is on top of it and gets stuff done ASAP! When we found our dream house we had to make sure it would work financially. She stayed up late with our mortgage lender Alice (also fantastic) until we got the go ahead and literally put in our offer after midnight. I cannot thank Rob and Christie enough for everything they did for us to land us in our forever home!

ZillowVERIFIED We reached out to Christie to handle the sale of a rental property we owned in a town 3hrs from where she lives. We had a buyer already, but they were having trouble getting a loan. Christie connected us with her team of lenders who were able to connect our buyers with a loan that worked for them! Christie was always fast to answer messages and fast to get us answers to our questions. She stayed on top of issues as they came up and got them resolved as quickly as possible. ZillowVERIFIED If you only read this first line, know that Christie is great and will help you through every step of the processaEUR"we would absolutely use her again. To add to that, I would also add her husband, Rob, to this review since I feel like you get both of them when you work with one of them - this is a bonus. Both are professional and great to work with.To start, Christie felt we should ask more for our home than another agent, and she was right. We easily got the asking price and then some. When it came to viewing and buying homes, Christie was patient with us as we looked at many homes since we had a pretty extensive list of wants & needs in a very small geographic area. Ultimately, we found a home beyond what we hoped for and couldn't be happier. We had a few issues leading up to and after closing that had nothing to do with Christie. However, she was on top of things and quickly referred other professionals to help us remedy everything. The businesses she referred us to spoke very highly of Christie and helped us out immediately (within hours in one case). I will list them at the end of this review.Pros:aEURc Experienced, professional, and friendlyaEURc Very available and quick to respondaEURc Your mileage may vary, but you might get her AND her husband as a teamaEURc Resourceful. Several great referrals to help with any issues/needs that come up.aEURc Experience in multiple price ranges and areas.Things to consider discussing with Christie. Not necessarily negatives, but stuff we recommend talking about with her.aEURc There were several times my wife and I saw a new listing or opportunity and reached out to her first. A day and sometimes hours can make all the difference in current markets. Of course, this wasn't always the case, but it was worth sharing. It is essential to feel like your real estate agent is watching the market for you.aEURc We were searching in Duncansville/Hollidaysburg area. She had some knowledge of this area, but her local knowledge may have been more substantial in the Altoona/Tyrone/Huntingdon areas.aEURc We were looking in the 300-500K range. Her history seems to be more in the 100-300 range. We are thrilled with the results, but I wonder if more experience in this range would have helped along the way. I think there are different problems and/or upgrades/enhancements to be aware of when looking at houses in different ranges.Excellent Referrals from Christie:aEURc Haul Pro - Very responsive and friendlyaEURc Carpenter Radon Mitigation - Affordable and very clean installationaEURc Gearhart's Moving (They even provide boxes!) - Great team!aEURc Universal Settlement Services - Super helpful and on top of thingsaEURc Adam Ulery Home Inspection - Friendly and thorough inspection

ZillowVERIFIED Ive bought approximately 10 houses in my lifetime and Christie ranks as one of my top all time agents. She was on top of every detail at all times. When we ran into a problem that was out of her control, she took responsibility as only the best agents do, even when it cost her some money out of pocket to fix the situation. She and her husband Rob are absolutely wonderful people to work with and to know. Very impressed and pleased with my experiences with Christie.
