ZillowVERIFIEDChristie did an excellent job with assisting me with selling my home. She was great with setting the sale price & adjusting it, when necessary, with market changes. I got top dollar for my home. She was always available to answer any questions I had. She is extremely attentive & professional. I will use her when looking for my new home and any future realty needs. She is one of the best , if not the best, realtors in the metroplex. Love her!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristie is simply the best. From start to finish, she has been everything you would want and need in a realtor - friendly, prompt, knowledgeable of the area, great with communication, and a go-getter. She knows how to do her job well and can help you and your family feel a peace during the whole process. Ive used her before and will continue to. I encourage you to do the same.
ZillowVERIFIEDChristie is hands down the best. Goes above and beyond the call of duty. She got us moved into our dream neighborhood in the best house! We are so forever grateful. She works hard and is dedicated to each one of her clients! She goes to bat for you! You will not be disappointed by choosing her! She also helped us sell. Herself and her team are quality. In a time the market was slow, we still had over 100-150 people walk thru our home. They got us noticed and it payed off. She is forever my Realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are both immigrants without family here and first time home buyers, so we had zero knowledge about living in, owning, or buying a house. After working with 2 other realtors, Christie was referred to us. She always answered my countless questions with a great deal of knowledge and responsiveness. She was available on weekends, after hours and even holidays. She went above and beyond to help us, such as driving for about 45min to bring us the house keys after closing. Christie found us a house when other realtors told us getting a house on a VA loan within our budget and location preference was very difficult. She did all the work for us, such as finding homes that match what we wanted and fitting showings into our busy schedules.
ZillowVERIFIEDShe is just great. Before I found her, I tried to find a house with two different realtors that told me I am not competitive in this crazy market situation since I am using my VA loan. FYI.. I am an immigrant from South Korea and I was told that I supposed to find a Korean realtor for better communication purpose, so I did it. However, Christie had so much better understanding of my situation. I want to say she provides services with a real sincere mind.
