Shes a tough-as-nails negotiator and wont let you settle for anything that isnt fair. Shell guide you through every step of the home buying process and be your constant advocate, with intricate knowledge of local laws and procedures. On top of all that, shes a joy to work with, even if your home search extends over years. I always felt we would be ok during our long search because shes always there, and is immediately responsive to any concerns or questions you have. You never wonder whats going on, because she communicates with you constantly up-front, and responds in seconds. When you tell other realtors youre working with Christie, they take you seriously because they know shes the real deal. Hands down, shes the best in Bend.

ZillowVERIFIED I?ll start off by saying WOW! At the time of selling my home and I?m sure many would agree it can get downright stressful and overwhelming at times. Christie was there every step of the way easing my anxiousness. If a showing failed she was so great about keeping me feeling positive and hopeful. I was incredibly grateful when she had gifted me a statue of St. Joseph. For those not familiar you dig a small hole in the front yard, say St. Joesphs home selling prayer with intent and then bury it the statue during the home selling process. And what do you know my house was only on the market for a week and after placing St. Joesph my house sold two days later!! I have no idea what goes into selling a home and was completely oblivious to the steps that went into doing so. I can?t say it enough, she walked me through each and every step with such a calm and peaceful demeanor. Christie is super down to earth, friendly and professional.
