ZillowVERIFIED Christie truly was an outstanding real estate agent, and working with her made our selling experience better than we couldve ever anticipated and hoped for. She is extremely organized, efficient, and motivated- as well as very knowledgeable about the area, other agents, and thorough in her work. She went above and beyond to keep us on track and kept us notified without overwhelming us throughout the process. What sets her apart from others, however- she is genuine and truly cares about her clients. She is friendly and provides support, while also maintaining her professionalism. We felt we were in the best hands from start to finish! My husband and I have worked with a few agents through past sales and purchases of homes and I can honestly say she was the best agent to work with by far. I would highly recommend Christie to anyone looking for an agent- whether this is their first experience, or they are aEURoewell seasonedaEUR? in the real estate market. Big thanks to Christie and her team for everything she did for us and for an efficient and successful selling of our home!!

ZillowVERIFIED As an out-of-state buyer, we were frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from other realtors until we met Christie. It was clear from the start, we became her top priority and she was able to become our eyes while also making sure to stay ahead of the transaction while also successfully negotiating the deal. We'll be using Christie again for our needs and so highly recommend her if you need a full service broker that can get it done!

ZillowVERIFIED Christie is AMAZING! You can tell she loves what she does and excels in her field. I was so nervous entering the home buying process as a young first-time home buyer. Christie eased all of my worries by being so accommodating, patient, and hopeful. She was so communicative and quick to act when we found properties I was interested in. Once we found my home, she worked all hours of the day to make sure things went smooth, and even when they did not (by no fault of her own) she handled issues with grace and professionalism. I would highly recommend Christie to anyone searching for a home or selling. I know who I will be calling in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Recently, after finally deciding to sell the house that I have lived in for the past 27 years, the home where I raised my family, a place filled with memories, a good friend put me I touch with Christie Gates. It was certainly a stroke of good fortune. All through the process, Christie was there to answer every question, she always promptly returned my calls, she was as patient as an angel, and held my hand throughout the entire sales process. And on top of that, she proved to be a true advocate for my interest when it came to getting my price for my beloved home. If you are thinking about selling your house, and are looking for a kind and trustworthy representative, you could call a hundred realtors, and not find one as capable and conscientious as Christie. Thank you, Christie, for what you did for me during a difficult time.

ZillowVERIFIED Christie has been an absolute joy to work with, from start to finish. She is warm, welcoming, trustworthy, patient, and insightful aEUR" all the things you want in a realtor. We moved from Ohio to South Carolina without any prior knowledge of Columbia or the real estate market there. Christie is super knowledgeable and has provided so much information about the various neighborhoods and market value, as well as great recommendations for exploring Columbia! Our home search was a little quirky and done mostly remotely. Christie was so patient and helpful throughout that whole process. She was flexible with her time and always quick to get us in to see homes via FaceTime, since we werent able to travel to see all of the homes in person. She was able to quickly zero in on what we wanted, and we trusted her to find us the right home (which she did in just a few short weeks!). Christie is both quick and clear with communication and always checks in to make sure buyers understand the ins and outs of the home buying process. We are so grateful that we chose to work with Christie and would recommend her to anyone without any reservations. She will be the first one we call if/when the time comes to sell our home!

ZillowVERIFIED Christie knows the market well and always keeps her clients interests paramount. She is resourceful, technically savvy, and a great communicator. She sent every new listing to me that fit my criteria. She was named the number one producer of her realty company, a firm with multiple locations.

ZillowVERIFIED Christie took my wife and I on a trip to view several houses in the Chapin area. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was outstanding and she was very quick to understand our needs and wants in our next home. If you are looking for someone with a great handle on Chapin/Irmo/Greater Columbia real estate, she is a great resource and we would highly recommend. Her long standing in the local community has also provided us with other valuable resources!
