Review Christiana is truly a DREAM COME TRUE. Buying a home from out of state, from all the way across the country, can be daunting and scary. Especially in our new reality of COVID where the market is so crazy in Vermont and good homes sell within a day. The idea of buying a home sight unseen was not something we thought we could do, but Christiana made us feel comfortable and helped us every moment of the way. From the beginning she provided us with very detailed information on the process, best practices, what to expect, etc. Then providing helpful, detailed information and knowledge about the areas/homes we were interested in. A When we were very interested in a home, she conducted great virtual house tours, letting us feel as if we were there in person to see all the details of a home. A Then when we were ready to proceed, she handled the paperwork, negotiation and all the details to make this process as painless as possible for us. Her communication was second to none; super fast and full of the details you crave. She was honest and forthcoming throughout to help guide us in this unknown territory. We honestly cannot recommend her enough, she's absolutely amazing - everything you could want, and more, from a realtor!

Review Christiana was beyond helpful for my husband and I in buying our first home. From the first consultation meeting with her straight up until closing, she was always available to answer questions and help us through the process. She went above and beyond getting us in to see houses, which in this current market needs to be immediate. She was available at all hours of the day and wrote our offers on homes immediately, which eliminated any feelings of stress. We would 100% go with Christiana again to sell or buy a house as she made the process stress free and much less overwhelming than we would have expected. Thank you Christiana!

Review I worked with Christiana for about nine months before we found the perfect place for me to buy. Before finding Christiana, I worked with a few other realtors over a three month period prior, and none of them compared in the slightest. During that nine month time frame, we looked at numerous properties consisting of multi unit homes, single family homes, and condos all around northern Vermont. Eventually, we settled on a condo in the heart of St. Albans, and I couldnt be happier. Christiana is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and is clearly passionate about the work she does. She was very prompt in responding to my random texts and phone calls any time of day and was always eager to go see a property at the drop of a hat. She was an amazing resource to have and had great insight on every single property we visited. As a first time home buyer, I greatly appreciated her expertise of the industry. She knew what to look for and passed that information along to me. It became evident that she truly wanted me to buy an amazing property and she was willing to put in the time and effort to help me find that. Christianas open heartedness, caring personality and industry knowledge became even more evident once we went under contract on the condo. Everything was new to me and she was always available to answer all the questions I had about any aspect of the closing process. Her local recommendations for insurance agents and closing attorneys were also phenomenal. Overall, I couldnt be happier with my experience with Christiana. I definitely plan on using her again for future real estate transactions and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Review Christiana was amazing to work with! We decided to work with her after speaking with two other realtors because from the beginning she made us feel comfortable and at ease going through this process with her. She always responded immediately to any email, phone call or text message from us and set up showings on houses within the day. After going under contract on our first home she kept in contact every few days, set up and was present for our inspection, the final walk through and the closing. Working with her was the best decision for us and the one piece of advice I can give to anyone is talk to a couple realtors and then set up a meeting with Christiana and you will see exactly why she is the best choice.
