Bay worked with us through buying our first house with a VA loan and she was amazing! She was so patient with us, never pushed us to view a place or make an offer. It took us a while to get around to getting a good loan officer, but Bay waited for us for about a month to get our act together. Once we were ready to look, she was immediately available to show us places. At one point we got cold feet on an offer we wanted to make and Bay was so kind and understanding. When we finally made an offer on a place and got accepted, she was on top of all the inspections, paperwork, signatures. Everything.
