ZillowVERIFIEDChristian sold my condo in 2 days. He was very polite and professional in guiding me from our first meeting through to the closing. I referred him to two of my neighbors. One was successful in selling, the other has decided not to sell at this time. I would definitely recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Christian is amazing. he was involved with every part of the process and not once did he not return a call or email. He was available to help me through this arduous process. He attended every inspection and explained to me the next logical step. What I liked most was his so very kind demeanor. I can be pretty excitable and he has an ease about him which would always get me to see things from a positive point of view. I have worked with many other realtors in an attempt to sell a piece of property and he is by far the hardest working. Thanks you Christian !!!

ZillowVERIFIED Christian is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We had good open communication. When we decided to sell, Christian had two good ideas to prepare home to sell. Our goal was to have house under contract in 30 days. Priced house to sell. We had offer first day on market. Christian helped negotiate price (both parties). Christian did everything he could to make the sale process easy and convenient for us. We have another property and will be using Christian again knowing with his drive and determination that it will be sold in a very professional manner. We would recommend him to our family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not of been happier with the service we received from Christian. He sold our old home after 2 days on the market and negotiated the purchase of our new home that we absolutely love. We provided the list of must haves and we found exactly what we wanted when he showed us our current home. Christian was responsive and provided professional support through the entire process. If we ever decided to sell or buy again we would definitely use Christian!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Christian was a great experience! After two other agents and searching nonstop for 16 months, Christian was able to find us our home immediately after working with him. He was kind enough to take us on as clients and show us a home he had coming on the market before it was actually on the market. Christian was able to negotiate a deal that put us under contract before the house hit the open market! Because of Christian's ability to listen and know his clients needs as well as his negotiating skills, we are now happy happy home owners in a great neighborhood, in town, with a large fenced in yard- no other home came close to this one within our price range. If it ever comes time to sell I have no question that Christian will be our agent once again!

ZillowVERIFIED Christian was very helpful in the process of completing the sale of one of my properties. His communication is outstanding, which may be the most important quality for a real estate agent. Without any reservation, I would recommend his services.
