After two months of 'interest' in my home, but no contract, this process quickly become overwhelming and too much to bare. I finally realized it was time to hand the process over to a real estate professional. After interviewing several realtors, I decided that Christian Silva was the realtor for me. In our initial meeting, his demeanor quickly put me at ease and I felt reassured in his industry knowledge and ability as he explained the process in detail, from his marketing efforts to the closing process. After this meeting, Christian immediately took all the worries and burdens off my shoulders. He was in constant communication (via phone, text or email), whether it be for scheduling the initial photos, open houses and private showings; discussing the results of showings and changes in housing market and competition; presenting and negotiating offers or for any other matter that arose. I found him while trying to contact a listing agent of the first house we want to view, who didn't answer my calls. I am not a fan of leaving a message and waiting for somebody to call me. Thank God those agents didn't answer my phone call, otherwise, I would not have found Christian. I chose him because of his good reviews. I was not disappointed. The reviews were true.
